Job description:_Answering incoming customer calls and providing accurate and complete information to them
_Recording and documenting customer calls and interactions in the customer relationship management system (CRM) Quickly and efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
_Collect and analyze data related to calls to identify trends and patterns
_Provide daily and periodic reports to the direct manager
Job conditions :
_Having at least an associate's degree in the fields of management, MBA, public relations and industrial engineering
_Military service: completion of military service or exemption from it is required.
_Familiarity with Microsoft software average office
