شرح شغل:
- تحقیق و تحلیل بازارهای بین‌المللی برای شناسایی تامین‌کنندگان بالقوه.
- بررسی و ارزیابی پیشنهادات قیمت و شرایط قراردادها.
- مذاکره با تامین‌کنندگان خارجی برای تضمین بهترین و کمترین قیمت‌ها و شرایط خرید.
- هماهنگی با واحدهای داخلی برای پیش‌بینی و برنامه‌ریزی نیازهای خرید.
- نظارت بر فرآیند حمل‌ونقل و ترخیص کالا و اطمینان از تطابق با قوانین مرتبط.
شرایط احراز:
- تجربه کاری اثبات شده در حوزه خرید و تهیه بین‌المللی.
- مسلط به مراحل رفع تعهد ارزی و واردات.
- مهارت در ارتباطات بین‌فرهنگی و توانایی مذاکره موثر.
- آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات تجارت بین‌الملل.
- مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
- مسلط به امور ثبت سفارش کالا و امور بانکی.
- مسلط به تشریفات گمرکی و ترخیص کالا.
- مسلط به مراحل رفع تعهد ارزی و واردات.
A commercial production company is looking for a foreign-international purchasing expert with experience and expertise in the field of supply and procurement of products and services from global markets. The responsibilities of this role include establishing and managing international purchasing processes to ensure timely and effective supply of products and compliance with quality standards.
Skill in registering goods orders and familiarity with Incoterms, tariffs and customs formalities
Mastery of the procedures for clearing the foreign exchange obligation and import
Responsibilities:
- Research and analysis of international markets to identify potential suppliers
- Reviewing and evaluating price proposals and contract conditions
- Negotiating with foreign suppliers to ensure the best and lowest prices and purchase conditions
- Coordination with internal units to forecast and plan purchasing needs
- Monitoring the process of transportation and clearance of goods and ensuring compliance with related laws
- Mastery of the procedures for clearing foreign exchange obligations and imports
Qualifications:
- Having a degree in commerce, trade or management
- Proven work experience in the field of international purchasing and procurement
- Intercultural communication skills and effective negotiation ability
- Familiarity with the rules and regulations of international trade
- Proficiency in English
- Mastery of goods order registration and banking affairs
- Customs procedures and goods clearance
- Mastery of the procedures for clearing foreign exchange obligations and imports
