شرخ شغل:

• تعامل با تامین‌کنندگان در صورت نیاز.
• پیش‌بینی و اولویت‌بندی کالاها جهت سفارش‌گذاری و واردات.
• آنالیز لیست قیمت‌ها، گزارش‌های مالی و خرید و سایر اطلاعات و آمار جهت تعیین قیمت تمام شده کالای وارداتی.
• آماده‌سازی، نگهداری و به‌روزرسانی سیستماتیک تاریخچه و اطلاعات کالاهای خریداری شده، هزینه‌های خرید، دریافت‌ها و نحوه عملکرد محصولات خریداری شده.

شرایط احراز:

• تسلط کافی به فرآیندهای امور بازرگانی شامل واردات ، توزیع و فروش.
• تسلط و توانایی تحقیق و سنجش بازار و منبع‌یابی تامین‌کنندگان جدید و تهیه گزارش بر اساس قیمت، کیفیت، سبد محصول، خدمات و پشتیبانی.
• تسلط کافی به مذاکره، راهبری قراردادها با توزیع‌کنندگان و سایر نمایندگان فروش.
• آشنایی با امور واردات، رویه ثبت سفارش، امور بانکی و پیگیری امور گمرکی.
• مسلط به اسناد و اصطلاحات تجارت بین‌المللی و تنظیم اسناد.
• مسلط به سامانه جامع تجارت (تجارت خارجی و داخلی).
• آشنایی کامل و کار با سامانه پنجره واحد تجارت بین الملل گمرک EPL.
• مسلط به امور بانکی واردات کالا، اعتبار اسنادی، حواله جات نیمایی، برات، فرآیند تخصیص و خرید ارز و مکاتبات بانکی.
• روابط عمومی بالا جهت پیگیری امور از سازمان‌ها، بانک‌ها و نهادهای ذیربط.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• آشنایی با حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی (دریایی، هوایی، زمینی)، بیمه، بازرسی و واردات.
• آشنایی با آماده‌سازی اسناد حمل جهت ظهرنویسی و دریافت کد ساتا و هماهنگی‌های لازم جهت ترخیص کالا.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای Word ،PowerPoint ،Excel.

. Systematic preparation, maintenance and update of the history and information of purchased goods, purchase costs, receipts and how the purchased products operate.

. Introduction to import affairs, order registration procedures, banking and customs pursuit.

. Fluent in international trade documents and documents.
