شرح شغل:

• تسهیل فرآیندهای صادرات برای اطمینان از ارسال به‌موقع و دقیق سفارشات، تهیه و کنترل اسناد صادراتی.
• پیگیری مراحل بانکی (تخصیص ارز، خرید ارز و غیره).
• ترخیص کالا از گمرک تا تحویل کالا به انبار کارخانه.

شرایط احراز:

• اطلاعات کافی جهت حصول اطمینان از صحت و درستی اطلاعات خرید و مدارک ارئه شده.
• مهارت‌های بین فردی مناسب و روحیه کار تیمی.
• مسلط به دانش صادرات و تجارت (بین‌الملل).
• اطلاع از قواعد حمل‌ونقل و گمرک و اعتبارات ارزی.
• برخوردار از ارتباطات صنفی و ارگانی در حوزه نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی (شبکه مشتریان مرتبط) و مکاتبات بازرگانی.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی، سامانه جامع تجارت و ثبت سفارش.
• آشنایی با مراحل تخصیص ارز، حوالجات ارزی، ترخیص کالا و سامانه جامع انبارها.
• آشنایی با قوانین گمرکی واردات و صادرات و مقررات بازرگانی بین‌الملل.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای NTSW و EPL و سامانه‌های مرتبط با بازرگانی خارجی و گمرک.
• مهارت‌های مذاکره و توانایی مدیریت روابط تجاری.
• مسلط به خرید ارز در سامانه نیما.
• مسلط به به امور بانکی، رفع تعهدات ارزی، حمل‌ونقل بین‌الملل و اسناد حمل (BL ،PK و IN).

- Facilitation of export processes to ensure timely and accurate sending of orders, preparation and control of export documents
- Following banking procedures (allocation of currency, purchase of currency, etc.)
- Clearance of goods from customs until delivery of goods to Factory warehouse
-Having enough information to ensure the correctness of purchase information and documents provided
-Having appropriate interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit
-Proficient in the knowledge of export and trade (international)
-Knowledge of transportation and customs rules and foreign exchange credits
-Used in union and organizational communication in the field of oil, gas and petrochemicals (network of related clients) and business correspondence
-Proficiency in English language, Comprehensive trade and order registration system
- Familiarity with the procedures of currency allocation, currency remittances, goods clearance and comprehensive warehouse system
- Familiarity with import and export customs laws and trade regulations between International
familiarity with NTSW and EPL software and systems related to foreign trade and customs
-negotiation skills and the ability to manage business relationships
-proficient in purchasing currency in the Nima system
proficient in Banking, settlement of foreign exchange obligations, international transportation and shipping documents (BL, PK, IN, etc.)
