شرح شغل
ایجاد، حفظ و مدیریت ارتباط مؤثر بین واحد کنترل کیفیت شرکت و شرکت جویابهنود
پایش روندهای کیفی، تحلیل نقاط بحرانی و ارائه پیشنهادهای بهبود
پیگیری مشکلات مشاهدهشده در انبارها، فروشگاهها و تامینکنندگان و تبدیل آنها به اقدام اصلاحی
بررسی گزارشهای کنترل کیفیت جویابهنود و اعتبارسنجی یافتهها
انجام بازدیدهای دورهای از انبارها، فروشگاهها و تامین کنندگان و ثبت عدم انطباقهای کیفی
پیگیری اجرای اقدامات اصلاحی تا رفع کامل مشکل
تهیه گزارشهای دورهای برای مدیر واحد و مدیریت ارشد
همکاری با واحدهای مرتبط (بازرسی میدانی، اقدامات اصلاحی، تجهیز، زنجیره تامین، عملیات زنجیره تامین، تیم های فروش و بازرگانی) برای رفع مشکلات کیفی
بررسی وضعیت کیفی کالاهای مرجوعی، آسیبدیده یا مشکوک و تبدیل آنها به اقدام اصلاحی
هماهنگی جلسات مشترک بین دو سازمان (شرکت و پیمانکار QC)
شرایط احراز
آشنایی با استانداردهای کنترل کیفیت مواد غذایی
توانایی تهیه گزارشهای تخصصی (QC / QA)
تسلط به Excel، Google Sheets، و کار با چکلیستهای کیفیت
آشنایی با اصول بهداشت مواد غذایی (GHP، GMP)

We at the regional headquarters of the chain stores of Afogh Korosh are eager to work with a quality assurance expert in the store operations improvement team - non-field inspection.
Job Description
Establish, maintain and manage effective communication between the company's quality control unit and Joyabhenod Company
Monitor quality trends, analyze critical points and provide suggestions for improvement
Follow up on problems observed in warehouses, stores and suppliers and turn them into corrective action
Review Joyabhenod quality control reports and validate findings
Conduct periodic visits to warehouses, stores and suppliers and record non-compliance Quality Compliance
Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions until the problem is completely resolved
Prepare periodic reports for the unit manager and senior management
Cooperate with related units (field inspection, corrective actions, equipment, supply chain, supply chain operations, sales and commercial teams) to resolve quality problems
Review the quality status of returned, damaged or suspicious goods and convert them into corrective action
Coordination of joint meetings between two organizations (QC company and contractor)
Accreditation requirements
Familiarity with food quality control standards
Ability to prepare specialized reports (QC / QA)
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and work with quality checklists
Familiarity with food hygiene principles (GHP, GMP)
