شرح شغل:

• انجام تمامی امور مرتبط به تأمین کالا از طریق واردات (از مرحله ارزیابی اولیه درخواست خرید ، منبع‌یابی، اخذ استعلام، مذاکرات شرایط، انعقاد قرارداد، پرداخت‌های بین‌المللی تا مرحله اتمام ساخت، بازرسی، بررسی اسناد حمل، حمل و ترخیص و تحویل نهایی کالا).
• مدیریت و ارزیابی منابع تأمین.
• حضور در ماموریت‌های شغلی جهت پیگیری امور.
• ورود اطلاعات در نرم‌افزار جامع اطلاعاتی شرکت و ایجاد و حفظ آرشیو اسناد مرتبط با تامین.
• تهیه گزارش‌های مربوطه.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به فرآیند تجارت بین‌الملل و ضوابط تجاری مربوطه در ایران.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• توانایی تجزیه‌وتحلیل قوی.
• دارای سابقه کاری مرتبط.
• توانایی مذاکره موثر.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی شیمی، مهندسی نفت، مهندسی متالورژی، مهندسی مکانیک، مهندسی صنایع و یا مهندسی برق.
• روحیه همکاری تیمی.
• علاقه‌مند به یادگیری و توسعه ی فردی.
• توانمند در کنترل استرس در شرایط بحرانی ناشی از فشار کاری زیاد.
• متعهد، منضبط و توانمند در برنامه‌ریزی.
• متعهد به اخلاق حرفه‌ای.
• آشنایی با سامانه جامع تجارت و قوانین امور گمرکی مزیت محسوب می‌گردد.

Job Description:
- Perform all related to supplying goods through imports (from the initial assessment of the purchase request, the source, obtaining inquiry, the conclusion of the contract, the international payments until the construction, inspection, shipping documents, shipping and clearance and final delivery)
_ Manage and evaluate supply resources
_ Being in job missions to follow up on matters
_ Entry information into the Comprehensive Company Information Software and Creating and Maintaining Archived Related Documents
_ Provide relevant reports

Conditions:
_ Mastery of the international trade process and relevant trade regulations in Iran
_ Fluent in English
_ Ability to analyze strong
_ With relevant work experience

_ Has a bachelor's degree in chemistry, oil, metallurgy, mechanics, industry or electrical engineering
