شرکت دانش بنیان پترو ایمن شریف جهت تکمیل کادر خود در این موقعیت شغلی به دنبال فردی پیگیر، با انگیزه و آشنا با نحوه جستجو، مذاکره و خرید است.

• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: دوشنبه تا جمعه از 9:30 صبح تا 6:30 عصر.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کار در شرکت بین‌المللی و ترید.
• مهارت‌ پیشرفته نحوه منبع‌یابی (سورسینگ) به ویژه در بازارهای بین‌المللی.
• توانایی سازماندهی و مدیریت پایگاه داده‌های نامزدها، ردیابی تعاملات با آن‌ها و تحلیل داده‌ها برای بهبود فرایند سورسینگ
• تجربه کار در محیط‌های بین‌المللی و توانایی کار با افراد از فرهنگ‌ها و زبان‌های مختلف.
• آشنایی با بازار کار، فرهنگ، زبان، قوانین کار، حقوق و مزایا و روندهای استخدامی کشور امارات.
• مسلط به نحوه مکاتبات و مذاکرات بازرگانی و تجارت بین‌الملل.
• مسلط به فرایندهای بازرگانی از جمله شناسایی و مذاکره با تامین‌کنندگان درباره قیمت، کیفیت کالا، مهلت‌ها، انتظارات و قابل اطمینان بودن.
• قابلیت جستجو در وب، مراجعه به لیست تامین‌کنندگان، خواندن وب‌سایت‌ها، بروشورها و نشریات تجاری برای به دست آوردن اطلاعات در مورد تامین‌کنندگان و شرایط بالقوه.
• امکان ایجاد و استفاده از اسناد حرفه‌ای شامل جداول قیمت، فرم درخواست، سفارش خرید، فاکتور و فرم سفارش.
• روابط عمومی قوی.
• حداقل هفت سال سابقه کاری مفید در این زمینه.
• مهارت پیشرفته در زبان انگلیسی و عربی.

* Job description:

- Work experience in an international and trade company.
- Advanced sourcing skills, especially in international markets.
- Ability to organize and manage candidate databases, track interactions with them and analyze data for improvement
Sourcing process
- Having experience working in international environments and the ability to work with people from different cultures and languages.
- Familiarity with the labor market, culture, language and labor laws, rights and benefits, and employment trends in the UAE.

* Eligibility conditions:

- Familiarity with sourcing.
- Mastering the way of correspondence and negotiations of business and international trade.
- Proficient in commercial processes, including identifying and negotiating with suppliers about price, product quality, deadlines, expectations and reliability.
- Ability to search the web, refer to supplier lists, read websites, brochures and trade publications to obtain information about potential suppliers and terms.
- Ability to create and use professional documents including price tables, request form, purchase order, invoice and order form.
- Strong public relations.
- Having at least 7 years of useful work experience in this field
- Having advanced skills in English and Arabic

* Working days and hours: Monday to Friday 09:30 to 18:30
