شرح شغل و وظایف:

• بررسی اسناد مناقصه و درخواست‌های اعلام قمیت و تکمیل بخش مربوط به پیشنهاد فنی ـ بازرگانی تجهیزات مورد نیاز مناقصه شامل مواردی از قبیل (تجهیزات پسیو و اکتیو شبکه، انواع دکل، انواع کابل برق و فیبرنوری، رک و کافو، کاندوئیت‌های فلزی و پلی اتیلن).
• سورسینگ و ارتباط با تامین‌کننده کالای مورد نیاز.
• بررسی فنی و مالی پیشنهادات و تطابق پیشنهاد تامین‌کننده با درخواست کارفرما.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به فرآیند اخذ قیمت و تهیه فرم‌های استعلام قیمت و خرید کالا.
• آشنایی با مشخصات فنی تجهیزات پسیو و اکنیو شبکه و تجهیزات دوربین‌های مداربسته.
• توانایی مقایسه سورس‌ها و استخراج بهترین قیمت.
• آشنایی با فرآیند مناقصه و خرید سازمانی.
• توانایی انجام مذاکرات خرید و چانه‌زنی.

مهارت‌های امتیازآور:

• مسلط به امور مناقصات حوزه نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی.
• آشنایی با اصول و فنون مذاکره بازرگانی و خرید.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم شبکه و داشتن مدارک دوره‌های مرتبط (دوربین، شبکه، سرور و ویندوز) مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Required skills:
1. Mastering the process of obtaining prices and preparing price inquiry forms and purchasing goods
2. Acquaintance with the technical specifications of passive and active network equipment and CCTV equipment
3. The ability to compare sources and extract the best price
4. Familiarity with the bidding process and organizational purchase
5. Ability to conduct purchase negotiations and bargaining

Job description and duties:
1. Examining the tender documents and requests for price declaration and completing the section related to the technical-commercial proposal for the equipment required for the tender, including items such as (passive and active network equipment, types of masts, types of electric and fiber optic cables, racks and cabinets, metal and poly conduits ethylene and ....)
2. Sourcing and communication with the supplier of the required goods
3. Technical and financial review of proposals and matching the supplier's proposal with the client's request. Dominating oil, gas and petrochemical tenders
2. Getting to know the principles and techniques of commercial negotiation and purchase
3. Familiarity with network concepts and having relevant course certificates (camera, network, server, windows) is an advantage
