شرح شغل:

• برنامه‌ریزی و اجرا کردن استراتژی‌های خرید و تدارکات برای تضمین بهترین شرایط و قیمت‌ها.
• انجام تعاملات موثر با تامین‌کنندگان و برقراری روابط طولانی‌مدت با آن‌ها.
• ارزیابی و انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان برای اطمینان از کیفیت و مقرون به صرفه بودن.
• نظارت بر موجودی و سفارشات برای حفظ تراز مناسب موجودی.
• توسعه و حاضر کردن گزارش‌های دوره‌ای هم‌سو با اهداف و استراتژی‌های شرکت.
• همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف برای هماهنگ‌سازی نیازمندی‌های تجاری و عملیاتی.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• مسلط به دستورالعمل و مقررات صادرات فرآورده‌های نفتی.
• مسلط به نحوه کار با سامانه ثبت معاملات بر خط (سامانه ثامن) جهت صادرات فرآورده‌های نفتی.
• مسلط به ضوابط و بخشنامه‌های صادرات فرآورده‌های نفتی و رفع تعهدات ارز حاصل از صادرات فرآورده‌های نفتی.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر به صورت شفاهی و کتبی.
• مسلط به اصول و فنون مذاکره.

A leading and reliable company in the field of trading in the field of oil, gas and petrochemicals is looking for a senior expert in commodity and energy exchange who will be based in Tehran. This role operates in the field of purchasing and procurement and requires someone with sufficient experience and knowledge in the field of management, commerce, or business.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing purchasing strategies and Procurement to ensure the best terms and prices.
- Conducting effective interactions with suppliers and establishing long-term relationships with them.
- Evaluation and selection of suppliers to ensure quality and affordability.
- Monitor inventory and orders to maintain proper balance Inventory.
- Develop and present periodic reports aligned with company goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with different teams to coordinate business and operational requirements.

Competencies:
- At least 5 years of relevant and useful work experience
- Familiar with the instructions and regulations for the export of petroleum products
- Familiar with how to work with the online transaction registration system (Saman system) for the export of petroleum products
>- Familiar with the rules and the section of letters for the export of petroleum products and the settlement of foreign exchange obligations resulting from the export of petroleum products
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Mastery of the principles and techniques of negotiation
