وظایف و مسئولیت های اصلی:

• انتخاب تامین کننده برای شرکت در rfq/itt - صدور itt/rfq
خرید کالاها و خدمات.

• پیشنهاد/مناقصه/ارزیابی قیمت و کنترل هزینه - تجزیه و تحلیل قیمت معیار.

• تسویه حساب مالی با بخش مالی و تامین کنندگان، انعطاف پذیری مدیریت و تامین کنندگان - پشتیبانی زمان و جریان نقدی و سرمایه در گردش اولویت بندی، ارتباطات متقابل.

• توسعه تامین کننده و مدیریت ارتباط با تامین کننده و ارزیابی.

• حل مشکل و حل تعارض.

• تخفیف هزینه با شروع رقابت و درک مذاکره.

• ذهنیت مالکیت، خود رهبری و توانایی کار مستقل.


الزامات صنعتی mba، خرید.

تجربه:

• حداقل 1-2 سال تجربه در بخش تدارکات
نیاز است.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Supplier selection to participate in RFQ/ITT - Issue ITT/RFQ
Purchasing goods and services.

• Bid/Tender/Quotation evaluation & cost control - Benchmark price analysis.

• Financial settlement with the finance department & suppliers – Cash flow and working capital support.

• Flexibility and agility, Time management and prioritization, Cross-functional communication.

• Supplier development & Supplier relationship management and evaluation.

• Problem-solving and conflict resolution.

• Discounting cost by initiate competition & Negotiations understanding.

• Ownership mindset, Self-leadership & ability to work independently.

Requirements:

Education:

• Industrial engineering, MBA, Purchasing.

Experience:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement
department is required.
