شرایط احراز:
دارای حداقل 10 سال سابقه کار در سمت مدیر R&D در شرکت‌های تولیدی (صنایع غذایی)
شناخت تکنولوژی و فرآیندهای تولید
آشنایی با اصول تحقیقات و روش‌های تحقیق
وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها
برنامه‌ریزی و تنظیم اهداف کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت پروژه‌های تحقیق و توسعه
تدوین نقشه راه و هماهنگی با تیم‌های مختلف جهت تحقق استراتژی‌های تعیین شده
جمع‌آوری و تحلیل داده‌ها
تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های منظم و جامع در خصوص پروژه‌ها و نتایج تحقیق و توسعه
توانایی مدیریت نیروی انسانی واحد تحقیق و توسعه
مهارت مستندسازی و مدیریت دانش در واحد تحقیق و توسعه
نظارت بر تدوین BOM و رسپی محصولات، مستندسازی و به‌روز نگهداشتن آنها
ارائه راه‌حل برای مشکلات تولید و کیفیت محصول
شناخت محصولات و فرمولاسیون آنها

Qualifying conditions:
having at least 10 years of work experience as an R&D manager in manufacturing companies (food industries)
knowledge of technology and production processes
familiarity with the principles of research and research methods
tasks and responsibilities
planning and setting short-term and long-term goals of research and development projects
creating a roadmap and coordinating with different teams to realize the determined strategies
collecting and analyzing data
preparing and Providing regular and comprehensive reports on projects and research and development results
Manpower management ability of the research and development unit
Documentation and knowledge management skills in the research and development unit
Supervising the compilation of BOM and product specifications, documenting and keeping them up to date
Providing solutions for production and product quality problems
Knowing the products and their formulations
