مطب دندانپزشکی دکتر میرمحمدی به دنبال یک مدیر داخلی مجرب برای مدیریت فعالیت‌های روزانه مطب در تهران است. در این نقش، شما مسئول بهبود فرآیندها و اجرای استراتژی‌های کارآمد برای بهبود عملکرد کلی مطب خواهید بود.

مسئولیت ها:
- هماهنگی و نظارت بر عملیات روزانه مطب
- توسعه و اجرای برنامه‌های کاری برای افزایش بهره‌وری
- مدیریت و هدایت تیم برای ارائه خدمات با کیفیت
- کاهش هزینه‌ها و افزایش درآمدها از طریق بهینه‌سازی منابع
- مدیریت ارتباطات با بیماران و کادر پزشکی
- نظارت بر خرید و نگهداری تجهیزات و ملزومات پزشکی
- مدیریت بودجه و ارزیابی عملکرد مالی

شایستگی ها:
- تجربه کاری قبلی در مدیریت داخلی در زمینه دندانپزشکی
- مهارت‌های قوی در مدیریت و هدایت تیم
- توانایی حل مسائل و تصمیم‌گیری به صورت مستقل
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی و تعاملی عالی
- توانایی برنامه‌ریزی و سازماندهی کارآمد

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the practice
- Develop and implement work plans to increase productivity
- Manage and lead the team to provide quality services
- Reduce costs and increase revenues through resource optimization
- Manage communication with patients and medical staff
- Supervise the purchase and maintenance of equipment and supplies Medicine
- Budget management and financial performance evaluation
