We are seeking a strategic and results-driven deputy sales director to support and lead key aspects of the company’s national sales operations. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing regional teams, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets across B2B and B2C channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the national sales strategy.
- Monitor and drive sales performance across different regions and product categories.
- Lead and supervise area/regional sales managers to ensure alignment with targets.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, after-sales, and supply chain departments to ensure smooth execution.
- Participate in pricing strategy, key account negotiations, and distributor management.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analyses for senior management.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing sales team members.
- Represent the company in major trade shows, customer meetings, and strategic negotiations.

Requirements:
- At least 8 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer goods or home appliances.
- Proven experience in leading large sales teams and managing complex sales operations.
- Strong knowledge of retail networks, distribution channels, and national key accounts.

- Strategic thinking with a strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and sales CRM systems.
