سرپرست نگهداری و تعمیرات | Maintenance Supervisor

شرح وظایف:

• بازرسی تأسیسات به طور دوره‌ای برای تعیین مشکلات و تعمیر و نگهداری.
• نظارت و آموزش تکنسین‌های تعمیر و نگهداری.
• نظارت بر پیمانکاران در هنگام نصب، تعمیرات یا نگهداری (برق، لوله‌کش و غیره).
• کمک به توسعه ابزارهای نگهداری و مواد مصرفی.
• نظارت بر موجودی مواد و تجهیزات.
• مشارکت در هماهنگی‌های مربوط به پروژه.
• اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای کیفیت و مقررات بهداشتی و ایمنی.

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر به زبان انگلیسی (شفاهی و نوشتاری).
• حداقل ده سال سابقه کار در صنعت نفت و گاز.
• دانش فنی قوی مربوطه به دوره‌های تعمیر و نگهداری.
• آشنایی با اقدامات و مقررات ایمنی و بهداشت (صنعت نفت و گاز).
• درک مدیریت عملکرد و کار تیمی.
• دانش کامپیوتر.
• توانایی حفظ روابط کاری عالی با همکاران.
• داشتن برنامه‌های نگهداری پیشگیرانه و اصلاحی.
• سازگاری و انعطاف‌پذیری.
• توانایی کار صبورانه در یک محیط کار پویا.
• مسئولیت‌پذیر و قابل‌اعتماد نسبت به شغل.
• دارای اخلاق حرفه‌ای.

Recruitment of Maintenance Supervisor

Conditioning Conditions:

Effective English (Oral and Writing)

At least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry

strong technical knowledge related to maintenance courses

Getting to know the safety and health measures (oil and gas industry)

Understanding performance management and teamwork

Computer Knowledge

Maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues

Tasks Description:

Facility inspection periodically to determine problems and maintenance

Preventive and corrective maintenance programs

Monitoring and Training of Maintenance Technicians

Monitoring Contractors during installation, repair or maintenance (electricity, plumbing etc)


Helping the Development of Maintenance Tools and Consumer Tools

Monitoring Materials and Equipment

Participation in Coordination of Project

Ensure Quality Standards and Safety and Safety Regulations
