کارشناس معماری (فاز 2) | Architectural Expert (Phase 2)

• مسلط به برنامه‌های داخلی سازمان، CRM و ICDL.
• حداقل سه سال سابقۀ کاری در زمینه معماری و در پروژه‌های بزرگ و متوسط.
• داشتن مدرک کارشناسی در رشتۀ معماری.
• خلاق و ایده‌پرداز.
• تسلط کامل به طراحی 2 بعدی و 3 بعدی اتوکد.
• مسلط به طراحی فاز دو.
• دارای پروانه از نظام مهندسی.

• بازدید از اماکن ساختمانی برای اطمینان از اینکه پیمان‌کاران کار خود را به‌طور دقیق بر اساس نقشه‌های معماری دنبال کنند.
• تهیه طرح‌ها و نقشه‌های پروژه با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای طراحی و مدل‌سازی کامپیوتری.
• همکاری با سایر مهندسان از جمله مهندسان تاسیسات مکانیک، مهندسان برق و دیگران در انجام محاسبات فنی و تاسیسات مکانیکی و برقی.
• بازدید از محل پروژه برای اطمینان یافتن از پیشرفت آن مطابق با برنامه.
• تهیه لیستوفر و متره و برآورد بر حسب نقشه‌های موجود.

Work experience: at least 2 years in the field of architecture and in large and medium projects
Education: at least Bachelor of Architecture
Creative and ideator
Complete mastery of 2D and 3D AutoCAD design
Proficient in design Phase two has a license from the engineering system

• Visiting construction sites to ensure that contractors follow their work accurately based on architectural drawings.
• Preparation of project plans and drawings using computer modeling and design software
• Cooperation with other engineers including mechanical installation engineers, electrical engineers and others in performing technical calculations and mechanical and electrical installations. Estimate according to available maps
• Mastery of the organization's internal programs and CRM and ICDL
