آموزش و تجربه

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the execution of all well-intervention activities, including but not limited to well testing, stimulation, logging, slickline, coiled tubing, gas-lift valve changes, fishing, perforation, BPV installation/retrieval, and wellhead maintenance.
Prepare, review, and optimize well-intervention programs.
Verify the integrity and readiness of subcontractor-supplied equipment, tools, and materials.
Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all operations performed by subcontractors.
Review and validate daily operational reports from well-service providers and distribute them as required.
Collaborate with the Reservoir Engineering (RE) department to ensure accurate data management for well operations.
Participate in after-action reviews and capture lessons learned to improve future activities.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual departmental reports.
Lead and document post-operation reviews and performance evaluations.
Provide direction in well-control situations and respond effectively to abnormal or emergency conditions.
Participate in well and facility performance reviews to identify and recommend production-enhancement opportunities.
Review subcontractor service tickets and invoices; support contract administration and act as Contract Holder when applicable.
Collect, QA/QC, validate, and distribute site raw data and operational records.
Prepare high-quality operational summary reports and review subcontractor summary documents before client submission.
Support well and gas-lift performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and intervention planning.
Maximize production output through effective intervention, stimulation, and optimization programs.
Assist Completion/Workover Engineers in designing and optimizing completion strings and artificial-lift systems.
Coordinate with Chemical Engineers on chemical selection, supply, and optimization of chemical-injection systems.
Contribute to the development of the annual Work Program and Budget (WPB).
Support long-term forecasting, annual development planning, and production strategy formulation.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
3–7+ years of experience in production engineering, well services, or well-intervention operations (depending on seniority level).
Experience working with well testing, stimulation, slickline, coiled tubing, and artificial lift systems.
Prior exposure to oilfield service contractor management is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of well-intervention methods, well integrity, and well-control principles.
Proficiency in production-optimization techniques, including gas-lift troubleshooting and stimulation design.
Working knowledge of completion design, artificial lift systems, and well-performance analysis.
Familiarity with data acquisition systems, well-surveillance tools, and production analytics software.
Strong comprehension of HSE principles and safe-work practices in well operations.
Soft Skills
