شرح موقعیت شغلی :

1- پس از آموزش توسط دپارتمان یادگیری و توسعه شرکت ( L & D ) بتواند مشاوره تخصصی درباره انواع لاستیک، سایزبندی‌ها و برندها ارائه دهد
2- تدوین و اجرای برنامه جذب، حفظ و توسعه روابط با مشتری ( اعمال شیوه های رفتاری شایسته با مشتریان استراتژیک و ناراضی )
3- تنظیم سیستم رسیدگی به شکایات، انتظارات، سنجش رضایت مندی و وفاداری مشتریان
4- آشنایی با سیستم تجربه مشتریان و تجزیه و تحلیل آماری

1- ظاهر آراسته، روابط عمومی و فن بیان قوی همراه با توان مذاکره و متقاعدسازی( شیفته کننده مشتری )
2- فردی منظم، مسئولیت‌پذیر، پیگیر و دارای روحیه یادگیری مستمر

4- توانایی کار با اکسل و تهیه گزارش‌های دقیق فروش

Job description:
We are looking for a creative and responsible co-creator in the sales department who can:
1- After being trained by the company's learning and development department (L & D), he can provide expert advice on various types of tires, sizes and brands
2- Developing and implementing a plan to attract, maintain and develop customer relations (Applying appropriate behavioral methods with strategic and dissatisfied customers)
3- Setting up the system for dealing with complaints, expectations, measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
4- Familiarity with the customer experience system and statistical analysis
Requirements: 1- Neat appearance, public relations and strong expression skills along with the ability to negotiate and persuade (customer fascinator)
2- An orderly, responsible, persistent person with a spirit of continuous learning Sales and familiarity with sales principles
4- Ability to work with Excel and prepare detailed sales reports
5- Eager for intelligent feedback culture
