مسئولیت‌ها:

دریافت گزارش‌های مالی از واحدها و بررسی و اظهار نظر در مورد آنها و تجزیه و تحلیل مغایرت‌ها.
برنامه‌ریزی برای تجزیه و تحلیل ترازنامه و سود و زیان و صورت منابع و هزینه‌های واحدهای مختلف.
تهیه گزارش‌های مالی یا نظارتی مورد نیاز قوانین، مقررات یا هیئت مدیره.
ارزیابی مستمر سیستم‌ها، روش‌ها و فرضیات مربوط به امور مالی، اعلام نقاط قوت و ضعف روش‌های اجرایی موجود و ارائه پیشنهادهای اصلاحی. بررسی و تطبیق فعالیت‌ها با بودجه مصوب و تحلیل انحرافات.
کنترل کلی تمام تراکنش‌های مالی، عملکرد حسابداری شرکت و امور حسابداری، از جمله سیستم‌های حسابرسی، صرف نظر از مکان آنها.
جمع‌آوری، تفسیر و بررسی اطلاعات مالی.
پیش‌بینی روندهای مالی آینده.
گزارش‌دهی به مدیریت و ذینفعان و ارائه مشاوره در مورد چگونگی تأثیر تصمیمات شرکت و کسب‌وکار آینده.
تدوین برنامه‌های تجاری بلندمدت بر اساس این گزارش‌ها.

الزامات:
10 سال سابقه کار در حسابداری؛ 5 سال سابقه کار در سطح مدیریتی.
حداقل مدرک لیسانس در امور مالی و حسابداری.
دانش اثبات‌شده در تحلیل و استراتژی مالی.
دانش عمیق در مورد استانداردهای گزارشگری مالی، حسابداری فروش، مقررات مالیاتی و قوانین صنعت.
تسلط بر انطباق و مدیریت فرآیند.
مهارت‌های مالیاتی و خزانه‌داری.
تسلط بر استانداردهای بین‌المللی گزارشگری مالی (IFRS). توانایی برگزاری جلسات منظم و تک نفره با تمام اعضای تیم مالی
توانایی تصمیم‌گیری در شرایط بحرانی و کمک به تیم برای کار تحت فشار

Finance VP at Snapptrip oversees the financial operations of an organization. They advise on investment plans, monitor the company's finances and produce financial reports. They work closely with management to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company's long-term objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling the company's financial activities within the framework of regulations, laws, and approved guidelines.
- Maintaining financial records and documents, controlling financial activities, identifying deviations from efficient and planned performance, as well as applying management in paying salaries and wages. Tax affairs of inventories, fixed assets, and computer operations.
- Receiving financial reports from units and reviewing and commenting on them, and analyzing discrepancies.
- Planning to analyze the balance sheet and profit and loss, and the statement of resources and expenses of different units.
- Preparing financial or regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or the board of directors.
- Continuous evaluation of systems, methods, and assumptions related to financial affairs, announcing the strengths and weaknesses of the existing implementation methods, and providing suggestions for corrections.
- Checking and matching the activities with the approved budget and analyzing the deviations.
- Overall control of all financial transactions, the company’s accounting function, and accountancy matters, including audit systems, regardless of their locations.
- Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.
- Predicting future financial trends.
- Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
- Developing long-term business plans based on these reports.
- Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in accounting; 5 years of managerial-level work experience.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, sales accounting, tax regulations, and industry legislation.
- Fluent in compliance and process governance.
- Tax and treasury skills.
- Fluent in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Ability to hold regular one-on-one meetings with all members of the finance team
- Ability to make decisions in critical situations and help the team work under pressure
- Ability to inspire shared vision and lead the team to accomplish company objectives
- Ability to obtain buy-in from other departments to lead the company's objectives
