شرح شغل:

• جذب و استخدام نیروی کار جدید براساس نیازهای شرکت.
• مدیریت فرآیندهای ATS برای جذب افراد جدید.
• ایجاد و نگهداری روابط مثبت با پرسنل و واحدها.
• شناسایی و حل تعارضات احتمالی در محیط کار.
• استفاده و مدیریت نرم‌افزارهای تردد برای نظارت بر حضور و غیاب.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به قوانین کار، حقوق و دستمزد و قراردادها.
• آشنا با طبقه‌بندی مشاغل.
• تجربه در صنعت غذا و کافه رستوران مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• تجربه تخصصی در زمینه جذب و استخدام.
• مهارت‌ بالا در مذاکره و حل تعارض.
• توانایی کار با نرم‌افزارهای حضور و غیاب و ATS.
• روابط عمومی بسیار عالی.
• محدوده سنی: 28 تا 37 سال.

Job Description:

Attract and hire new employees based on company needs.
Manage ATS processes to attract new people.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with personnel and departments.
Identify and resolve potential conflicts in the workplace.
Use and manage attendance software to monitor attendance.
Qualifications:

Proficient in labor laws, payroll, and contracts.
Familiar with job classifications.
Experience in the food and restaurant industry is an advantage.
Specialized experience in recruiting and hiring.
High negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work with attendance and ATS software.
Excellent public relations.
Age range: 28 to 37 years.
