رئیس تعمیرات برق | Chief Electrical Maintenance Engineer

مسئولیت‌ها:

• برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی، هدایت و کنترل کلیه فعالیت‌های تعمیرات برقی در مجتمع پتروشیمی.
• مدیریت تیم تعمیرات مکانیک و نظارت بر عملکرد آن‌ها.
• اجرای برنامه‌های تعمیرات پیشگیرانه (PM) و پیش‌بینی‌شده (PDM).
• تشخیص و رفع عیوب سیستم‌های برقی در کوتاه‌ترین زمان ممکن.
• نظارت بر نگهداری و تعمیرات تجهیزات برقی شامل ترانسفورماتورها، تابلوهای برق، موتورها، ژنراتورها و سیستم‌های روشنایی.
• مدیریت و کنترل موجودی قطعات یدکی برق.
• تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای از عملکرد واحد تعمیرات برق.
• همکاری با سایر واحدهای تعمیرات (مکانیک، ابزاردقیق و غیره).
• بهبود مستمر فرآیندهای تعمیرات و کاهش هزینه‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته مهندسی برق (قدرت).
• حداقل پنج تا ده سال سابقه کار مرتبط در صنعت پتروشیمی.
• آشنایی کامل با سیستم‌های برق فشار قوی و ضعیف، سیستم‌های حفاظت و کنترل، و استانداردهای مربوطه.
• تجربه در کار با تجهیزات تست و اندازه‌گیری برقی.
• مهارت‌های قوی در حل مسئله، تصمیم‌گیری، و مدیریت تیم.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط با تعمیرات و نگهداری.
• تسلط نسبی به زبان انگلیسی (درک متون فنی).

Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, directing and controlling all electrical repair activities in Petrochemical Complex
Managing the Electrical Repair Team and evaluating their performance
Implementation of preventive repair programs (PM) and predictor (PDM)
Detect and fix the defects of electrical systems in the shortest possible time
Monitoring and maintaining electrical equipment including transformers, electrical panels, engines, generators and lighting systems
Managing and controlling the inventory of electrical spare parts
Preparing periodic reports of the performance of the power repair unit
Collaborate with other repair units (mechanics, instruments, etc.)
Continuous improvement of repair processes and reducing costs

Conditions:

Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in electrical engineering (power)
At least 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the petrochemical industry
Full familiarity with high -pressure and low -pressure power systems, protection and control systems, and relevant standards
Experience in working with testing equipment and electrical measurement
Strong skills in problem -solving, decision -making, and team management
Introduction to software related to repair and maintenance
Relative mastery in English (understanding technical texts)
