Oppodax is excited to announce a job opening for the position of HR Manager. We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition, employee relations, and overall HR strategy. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company's goals and values.
- Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, talent development, and offboarding.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and offers.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment, enhance employee satisfaction, and foster a culture of collaboration.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
- Facilitate professional development and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization.
- Implement effective performance evaluation processes to drive accountability and reward exceptional performance.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and reports in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Stay up to date with employment legislation and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make fair and consistent decisions.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
