Description of duties:
Designing and posting recruitment notices on various platforms
Implementing the processes of identifying, attracting and recruiting human resources
Conducting behavioral, situational and competency-based interviews
Managing the Onboarding process of new employees in Different departments of the organization
planning and implementation of training courses for employees
supervising and controlling the attendance and absence of employees and preparing monthly performance reports
doing things related to supplementary insurance and following up on issues Personnel
Completing and updating personnel files and registering information in relevant systems
Issuing employment contracts and monitoring the accuracy of employment documents
Requirements:
Complete familiarity with human resources processes
Mastering the principles and processes of recruiting and hiring
Mastering labor and social security laws
Familiarizing with the principles of staff retention and improving employee experience
Mastering Microsoft Office software
Having communication skills and strong interpersonal
teamwork and time management ability
