شرایط احراز:

• تسلط کامل به استاندارد مدیریت کیفیت (ISO9001:2015).
• تسلط کامل به طراحی ساختار سازمانی و فرایندها.
• مسلط به تهیه و تدوین، بازنگری و بهبود مستندات شامل چارت‌سازمانی، شناسنامه فرآیندها، شناسنامه شغل، دستوراالعمل‌ها و روش های اجرایی و فرم ‌ها.
• مسلط به انجام ممیزی داخلی و برگزاری جلسات بازنگری مدیریت بر اساس الزامات استاندارد ISO19011.
• توانایی در مشارکت برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی ‌(‌سیستم مدیریت کیفیت/ممیزی داخلی) برای افزایش آگاهی همکاران.
• آشنا با استانداردهای مدیریت پروژه (PMBOK و ISO21502).
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس.
• آشنایی با مدل‌های مدیریت استراتژیک و تدوین استراتژی و اهداف سازمانی.
• آشنایی با استانداردهای مدیریت یکپارچه (استاندارد محیط زیست ISO14001 و استانداردهای ایمنی و بهداشت ISO45001).
• مهارت در گزارش‌نویسی و ارائه گزارش‌های مدیریتی.
• آشنایی با فرآیندها و فرهنگ شرکت‌های پروژه محور در زمینه نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی به روش EPC.

Accreditation requirements: Complete mastery of the quality management standard (ISO9001:2015). Complete mastery of organizational structure design and processes. Proficient in preparing and compiling, revising and improving documents including organizational chart, process ID, job ID, instructions and Executive methods and forms. Proficient in conducting internal audits and holding management review meetings based on the requirements of the ISO19011 standard. Ability to participate in training courses (management system quality/internal audit) to increase the awareness of colleagues. Familiarity with project management standards (PMBOK and ISO21502). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with strategic management models and formulation of organizational strategy and goals. Familiarity with integrated management standards (environmental standard ISO14001 and ISO45001 safety and health standards. Skill in writing reports and presenting management reports. Familiarity with the processes and culture of project-oriented companies in the field of oil, gas and petrochemicals. EPC method.
