ما به دنبال یک cpto هستیم که هم محصول و هم فناوری را به صورت سرتاسر مالکیت داشته باشد و مستقیماً به مدیر عامل و هیئت مدیره گزارش دهد. شما تنها مالک چشم انداز، نقشه راه، معماری، و اجرا برای هر چیزی که محصول و فناوری را لمس می کند خواهید بود.

این نقش شامل چه مسئولیت هایی می شود؟
تیم ترکیبی 40 نفره (مدیران محصول، طراحان، مهندسی، مهندسان داده، توسعه دهندگان، امنیت) را رهبری کنید.
دارای پلتفرم کامل فناوری ساخته شده بر روی:
بک‌اند: java, go, Spring boot
پایگاه‌های داده: postgresql (هسته)، اوراکل (ادغام‌های قدیمی)
infracker, a/cwbergd (اقدامات github، argocd)
تکامل پشته آینده (طراحی مبتنی بر رویداد، طراحی دامنه محور، گره های بلاک چین، موتورهای اعتباری هوش مصنوعی)
این پلت فرم را برای رسیدگی به 1 میلیون فاکتور در ماه، و 99.999 درصد زمان آپلود در حالی که با صدها هسته erps و بانکداری zeroe.-driones ادغام می شود، مقیاس کنید.

سابقه اثبات شده مقیاس‌پذیری پلت‌فرم‌های بوت فنری java/go به صدها میلیون یا میلیاردها حجم تراکنش.
تجربه عملی عمیق با postgresql/events, oracker integrations, do و سیستم‌های مالی با توان عملیاتی بالا.
شهود قوی محصول شما شخصاً محصولات اعتباری، پرداخت‌ها یا بازار را راه‌اندازی کرده‌اید.
رهبری استثنایی و مغناطیس استعداد شما چندین کارمند/مهندس اصلی و PMs ارشد را استخدام کرده‌اید و حفظ کرده‌اید.

Why do we need this role?
We are looking for a CPTO who will own both Product and Technology end-to-end and report directly to the CEO and Board. You will be the single owner of vision, roadmap, architecture, and execution for everything that touches product and tech.

What responsibilities does this role include?
Lead a combined team of 40 (Product Managers, Designers, Engineering, Data Engineers, DevOps, Security).
Own the full technology platform built on:
Backend: Java, Go, Spring Boot
Databases: PostgreSQL (core), Oracle (legacy integrations)
Infra & deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
Future stack evolution (event-driven, domain-driven design, blockchain nodes, AI credit engines)
Scale the platform to handle 1M invoices/month, and 99.999 percent uptime while integrating with hundreds of ERPs and banking cores.
Drive zero-to-one product initiatives (e.g., embedded finance APIs, supplier credit scoring, blockchain-based invoice provenance).
Partner with Commercial and Finance on funding structures, yield optimization, and risk modeling that directly impact unit economics.
Build and retain a top-tier engineering culture flat, ownership-driven, with brutal prioritization and extreme delivery speed.

If you have these qualities, you will enjoy success in this job:
5 years in technology leadership; at least 3 years as CPTO, CTO, or VP Engineering Product in a fintech, lending, payments, or B2B SaaS scale-up.
Proven track record of scaling Java/Go Spring Boot platforms to hundreds of millions or billions in transaction volume.
Deep hands-on experience with PostgreSQL at scale, Oracle integrations, Docker/K8s, event-driven architectures, and high-throughput financial systems.
Strong product intuition you have personally launched credit, payments, or marketplace products.
Exceptional leadership and talent magnet you have hired and retained multiple Staff/Principal engineers and Senior PMs.
