شرح شغل:

• انجام امور مربوط به ثبت سفارشات در سامانه جامع یکپارچه.
• پیگیری مجوزهای لازم برای دریافت ثبت سفارش.
• انجام انواع حواله‌های ارزی و گشایش اعتبارات اسنادی در بانک‌های ایرانی و فرایند کامل خرید ارز.
• پیگیری و رفع تعهدات ارزی.
• پیگیری و مدیریت فرآیند واردات از مرحله سفارش تا ترخیص کالا.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات واردات.
• توانایی کار با نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط با تجارت و واردات.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان و اولویت‌بندی وظایف.
• حداقل دو سال سابقه کاری در زمینه مرتبط (صنعت غذایی در اولویت قرار دارد).

Job Description:
Performing orders in the Comprehensive Integrated System.
Tracking the necessary permits to obtain order registration.
Perform all kinds of foreign exchange remittances and opening the credit in Iranian banks and the complete currency purchase process.
Follow and resolve foreign exchange obligations. Working with business and import -related software.
The ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
at least two years of relevant work experience (the food industry is a priority).
