مهارت های مورد نیاز:
آشنایی کامل با امور مربوط به بازرگانی خارجی
آشنایی کامل با نحوه خرید و فروش ارز
آشنایی کامل با مجموعه مقررات ارزی بانک مرکزی
نحوه محاسبات مربوط به تسهیلات ارزی

شرح شغل:
مراوده با بانک های داخلی جهت پیشبرد و تکامل مدارک خرید ارز و گشایش اعتبار اسنادی، حواله ارزی، تسهیلات ارزی
گزارش گیری و ارائه گزارش مربوطه به سایر بخش های مربوطه و مدیران
پیگیری مصوبات درخواستی از بانکها
پیگیری ارسال حوالجات در مسیرهای موجود تا اخذ نتیجه
بررسی وضعبت ثبت سفارشات و تخصیص ارز در سامانه جامع تجارت و هم چنین وضعیت تعهدات شرکت

روز و ساعت کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه 8 الی 16:15 و پنجشنبه 8 الی 13:15
محل کار: سعادت آباد

Required skills:
Complete familiarity with matters related to foreign trade
Complete familiarity with how to buy and sell currency
Complete familiarity with the set of foreign exchange regulations of the Central Bank
How to make calculations related to foreign exchange facilities


Job description:
Dealing with domestic banks to advance and develop foreign currency purchase documents and opening letters of credit, currency remittances, foreign currency facilities
Reporting and presenting relevant reports to other relevant departments and Managers
Follow up on requested approvals from banks
Follow up on sending remittances in the available routes until results are obtained
Check the status of registration of orders and currency allocation in the comprehensive trading system as well as the status of the company's obligations

Working days and hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8 to 16:15 and Thursday 8 to 13:15
