کارشناس بازرگانی خارجی | Foreign Commercial Expert

شرکت پارس زلال بهداشت به دنبال یک کارشناس بازرگانی خارجی متعهد و با انگیزه است. این نقش در تهران مستقر بوده و تمرکز اصلی آن بر یافتن سورس های معتبر جدید مواد اولیه و درادامه انجام تمام مراحل واردات کالا و سپس فروش به سایر شرکتهای تولیدی می‌باشد. کاندیدا باید به خوبی توانایی مدیریت فرآیندهای تجاری را دارا بوده و مهارت‌های تخصصی لازم را در زمینه‌های ذکر شده داشته باشد و حتما به طور کامل به زبان انگلیسی مسلط باشد

مسئولیت ها:

- مدیریت و پیگیری فرآیندهای یافتن سورس های جدید مواد اولیه

- انجام تحقیق و بررسی بازار داخل و خارج از ایران و ارائه تحلیل‌های مناسب

- نیازسنجی مشتریان داخل

- رصد رقبا در بازار

- ثبت سفارشات واردات و انجام امور مربوط به سامانه جامع تجارت و بارگذاری کلیه اطلاعات در سامانه های وابسته دیگر

- پیگیری کامل ترخیص مواداولیه

- پیگیری خرید مشتریان داخلی و فروش به آنها

- تعامل و همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف جهت بهبود فرآیندهای تجاری

- تهیه و تدوین گزارشات تجاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای Excel و Word

شایستگی ها:

- مدرک تحصیلی ترجیحا در رشته شیمی یا مدیریت بازرگانی

- دارای سابقه کار مرتبط (کارشناس بازرگانی خارجی)

- تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی و توانایی اسپیکینگ کامل

- مدیریت کامل در ارسال ایمیل و مکاتبات تجاری

- مهارت در استفاده از مجموعه نرم‌افزاری آفیس

- توانایی جستجوی اطلاعات و داده‌ها به‌صورت پیشرفته

- تسلط بر نرم‌افزارهای Excel و Word

- آشنابه سامانه جامع تجارت و سایر سامانه های وابسته

- فعال و با انگیزه

- دارای توانایی مدیریت زمان

- منظم، متعهد و بسیار پیگیر

Pars Zalal Health Company is looking for a committed and motivated foreign business expert. This role is based in Tehran and its main focus is on finding new reliable sources of raw materials and continuing to carry out all the steps of importing goods and then selling to other manufacturing companies. The candidate must have the ability to manage business processes well and have the necessary specialized skills in the mentioned fields and must be fully fluent in English
Responsibilities:
- Managing and following up the processes of finding new sources of raw materials
- Conducting market research and investigation inside and outside Iran and providing appropriate analysis
- Assessing the needs of domestic customers
- Monitoring competitors in the market
- Registering import orders and doing things related to the comprehensive trade and loading system All information in other related systems
- Full follow-up of raw materials clearance
- Follow-up of purchases of internal customers and sales to them
- Interaction and cooperation with different teams to improve business processes
- Prepare and edit business reports using Excel and Word software

Qualifications:
- Degree preferably in chemistry or business management
- With related work experience (foreign business expert)
- Full command of English and ability Perfect speaking
- Complete management in sending e-mails and business correspondence
- Skill in using office software
- Ability to search information and data in an advanced manner
- Mastery of Excel and Word
- Familiar with the comprehensive trading system and other related systems
- Active and motivated
- Has time management ability
- Organized, committed and very persistent
