شرایط احراز:
حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، اقتصاد، زبان انگلیسی یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
مسلط به زبان انگلیسی (مکاتبات و مکالمه).
آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات بازرگانی داخلی و خارجی.
حداقل دو سال تجربه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
مهارت در نرم‌افزارهای Office (به‌ویژه Excel).
توانایی انجام مکاتبات تجاری و پیگیری امور محوله.
آشنایی با فرآیندهای واردات و صادرات.
وظایف اصلی:
انجام مکاتبات و مذاکرات تجاری با مشتریان و تامین‌کنندگان.
منبع یابی و سورسینگ تجهیزات پتروشیمی و پالایشگاهی.
تسلط کامل به تامین تجهیزات صنعت نفت، گاز، پتروشیمی و پالایشگاه
پیگیری سفارشات خرید خارجی و داخلی
آماده‌سازی و بررسی اسناد مربوط به بازرگانی (پروفرما، فاکتور، گواهی مبدا).
هماهنگی با تیم‌های داخلی و واحدهای مربوطه.
نظارت و پیگیری فرآیند حمل‌ونقل و ترخیص کالا.
انجام امور ثبت سفارش در سامانه جامع تجارت و نظارت و پیگیری فرایند حمل.
ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری:
شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 16.

Qualifying conditions:
At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, English or related fields.
Proficient in English (correspondence and conversation).
Familiarity with domestic and foreign trade rules and regulations.
At least two years of work experience in a related field.
Proficiency in Office software (especially Excel).
Ability to carry out business correspondence and follow up on assigned matters.
Familiarity with import and export processes.
Main tasks:
Correspondence and business negotiations with customers and suppliers.
Sourcing of petrochemical and refinery equipment.
Complete mastery of supplying oil, gas, petrochemical and refinery equipment
Tracking foreign and domestic purchase orders
Preparation and review of commercial documents (proforma, invoice, certificate of origin).
Coordination with internal teams and relevant units.
Monitoring and tracking the process of transportation and clearance of goods.
Carrying out order registration in the comprehensive trade system and monitoring and tracking the shipping process.
Working hours and days:
Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 4 pm.
