شرح شغل
مسئول راه‌اندازی، پایش و نگهداری سیستم UF در خط تولید پنیر و محصولات تغلیظ‌شده لبنی. اپراتور موظف است کلیه فرآیندهای فیلتراسیون، شست‌وشو (CIP)، و کنترل کیفیت خروجی را طبق دستورالعمل اجرایی واحد انجام دهد.
⚙️ وظایف اصلی
تنظیم فشار، دما و دبی جریان شیر در سیستم UF.
نظارت بر عملکرد ممبران‌ها و انجام شست‌وشوی دوره‌ای.
نمونه‌گیری و ثبت نتایج تولید روزانه.
همکاری با واحد چنیر و پاستور در خط تولید.
گزارش خرابی یا کاهش راندمان به سرپرست تولید.
مهارت‌ها و الزامات
آشنایی کامل با اصول فیلتراسیون و ممبران‌ها.
توانایی کار با تابلوهای کنترل PLC.
دقت بالا در ثبت داده‌ها و رعایت اصول بهداشتی.
داشتن سابقه کار حداقل 5 سال در واحد UF یا لبنیات صنعتی.
تحصیلات
دیپلم یا فوق‌دیپلم در رشته‌های مکانیک، صنایع غذایی یا تاسیسات صنعتی.

Job description
Responsible for setting up, monitoring and maintaining the UF system in the production line of cheese and condensed dairy products. The operator is required to carry out all the processes of filtration, washing (CIP), and output quality control according to the executive instructions of the unit.
⚙️ Main tasks
Adjusting the pressure, temperature and flow rate of the milk flow in the UF system.
Monitoring the performance of the membranes and performing periodic washing.
Sampling and recording the daily production results.
Cooperation with the Chenir and Pasteur unit in the production line. Production.
Skills and requirements
Complete familiarity with the principles of filtration and membranes.
Ability to work with PLC control panels.
High accuracy in data recording and compliance with hygiene principles.
