<h2>درباره‌ی این فرصت شغلی</h2> <p dir="auto"><strong>حداقل مدرک تحصیلی مورد نیاز</strong>: کارشناسی مهندسی کامپیوتر، علوم کامپیوتر، فناوری اطلاعات یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط</p> <p dir="auto"><strong>معرفی شرکت:</strong></p> <p dir="auto">ما از تیم‌هایی تشکیل شدیم که با روش‌های چابک و فناوری‌های به‌روز محصولات مختلفی را در حوزه فضای مجازی توسعه می‌دیم. تیم مهندسی داده‌ها، به عنوان ورودی و تأمین‌کننده داده‌های مورد نیاز محصولات، از اهمیت بسیار بالایی برخورداره و از اونجایی که داده‌ها در سطح فضای مجازی از حجم بسیار بالایی برخوردارن، مقیاس کاری ما در سطح کلان داده‌ها قرار داره.</p> <p dir="auto">ما در جستجوی یک اسکرام مستر مجرب و باانگیزه هستیم تا به تیم ما بپیوندد. اسکرام مستر مسئول تسهیل فعالیت‌های اسکرام، حمایت از تیم و اطمینان از پیاده‌سازی صحیح متدولوژی اسکرام خواهد بود. فرد مورد نظر باید توانایی رهبری تیم را داشته باشد و در محیطی پویا و در حال تغییر به خوبی عمل کند.</p> <p dir="auto">اگه آماده هستید، پس ما هم امید این رو داریم که باهم ماجراجویی رو شروع کنیم :)</p> <p dir="auto"><strong>مسئولیت‌ها</strong><strong>:</strong></p> <ul dir="auto"> <li>هدایت تیم توسعه در پیاده‌سازی و اجرای متدولوژی اسکرام</li> <li>تسهیل جلسات روزانه اسکرام، برنامه‌ریزی اسپرینت، جلسات بررسی و بازنگری</li> <li>از بین بردن موانع و چالش‌ها برای تیم توسعه</li> <li>همکاری نزدیک با مالک محصول (Product Owner) برای اطمینان از تعریف و مدیریت درست نیازمندی‌ها</li> <li>کمک به بهبود فرآیندها و تسهیل یادگیری و رشد تیم</li> <li>پیگیری و گزارش نتایج اسپرینت‌ها و پیشرفت تیم</li> <li>مدیریت ارتباطات میان تیم، ذینفعان و سایر تیم‌ها</li> <li>در جلسات شرکت کرده و مصوبات را پیگیری نمایید.</li> <li>اهداف در سطوح مختلف پورتفولیو، برنامه و پروژه را هماهنگ و یکپارچه نمایید.</li> </ul> <p dir="auto"><strong>الزامات</strong><strong>:</strong></p> <ul dir="auto"> <li>حداقل 2 سال تجربه به عنوان اسکرام مستر یا در نقشی مشابه</li> <li>تجربه کاری مشابه مرتبط با حوزه داده‌های فضای مجازی مزیت محسوب می‌شود</li> <li>آشنایی عمیق با متدولوژی اسکرام و چارچوب‌های Agile</li> <li>گواهینامه‌های رسمی اسکرام (CSM یا PSM) مزیت محسوب می‌شود</li> <li>مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و توانایی کار در تیم</li> <li>توانایی مدیریت زمان و اولویت‌بندی کارها</li> <li>مهارت‌های حل مسئله و تفکر انتقادی</li> <li>تجربه کار با ابزارهای مدیریت پروژه (Jira)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p dir="auto"><strong>Job Title: Scrum Master</strong></p> <p dir="auto"><strong>Location:</strong> Iran, Tehran, N Sohrevardi Ave</p> <p dir="auto"><strong>Company:</strong> Research Center for Developing Advanced Technologies (RCDAT)</p> <p dir="auto"><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-Time</p> <p dir="auto"><strong>About Us:</strong> Research Center for Developing Advanced Technologies (RCDAT) is one of the private research institutes, certified by Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Islamic Republic of Iran. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices within cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication while delivering high-quality products.
