طراح UX/UI | UX/UI Designer

وظایف ومسئولیت‌ها:

• طراحی و بهبود مستمر رابط کاربری (UI/UX) سایت و اپلیکیشن.
• اطمینان از دسترس‌پذیر بودن و کاربردپذیر بودن طراحی‌ها برای تمام کاربران.
• ارتباط گرفتن با تیم محتوا، فنی و مدیران محصول برای تبدیل ایده‌های خام به محصول نهایی.
• پیدا کردن نیاز‌ها و مشکلات کاربران و ایده‌پردازی خلاقانه در جهت رفع نیاز و حل مشکلات کاربر.
• همکاری در طراحی، اجرا و بهبود اجزای Design System در صورت نیاز.
• در نظر گرفتن ریسک‌ها و Side Effectهای موجود در ایده‌ها و طرح‌های ارائه‌شده.
• اجرای طرح‌های محول شده از ابتدا تا انتهای پروسه طراحی.
• ارزیابی طراحی‌‌ها و محصول به صورت کیفی از قبیل تست کاربرد‌پذیری وارزیابی اکتشافی.
• ارزیابی کمی طراحی محصول از قبیل A/B Test و تحلیل داده‌ها.
• وفاداری به چرخه دیزاین و مسلط به تفکر طراحی و فریم ورک Double Diamond.
• مستند سازی کل فرایند طراحی.
• بهبود و ارتقای تجربه‌کاربر محصول به صورت مداوم.
• طراحی با ترند‌های روز و متعهد به زبان دیزاین محصول.
• ایجاد و نگه‌داری دیزاین سیستم.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به مفاهیم طراحی تجربه کاربری (UX).
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای Photoshop ،Illustrator و Figma.
• توانایی تحلیل و طراحی پرسونا.
• مسلط به طراحی Wireframe و Prototype.
• آشنایی با تحقیقات بازار و Benchmarking.
• آشنایی با اصول و قواعد هویت بصری برند.
• آشنایی با روش‌های تست‌ کاربردپذیری در جهت اعتبارسنجی تصمیمات طراحی محور.
• آشنایی با اصول برنامه نویسی HTML و CSS و برنامه‌نویسی فرانت‌اِند.
• آشنایی با اصول کاری Agile و چارچوپ‌های آن.
• آشنایی با اصول گرافیک دیزاین، طراحی بصری، اصول چیدمان، مبانی رنگ و تایپوگرافی.

Tasks and responsibilities:
continuous design and improvement of UI/UX site and app
Ensure that designs are accessible and applicable to all users
Contact the Content Team, Technical and Product Managers to Convert raw ideas to finished product
Find users' needs and problems and use creative user problems The need
Considering the risks and Side Effects in the ideas and designs presented
Implementation of the designs delegated from the beginning to the end of the design process
Evaluation of Design and Product in Quality such as Usage and Exploration Evaluation Test
quantitative product design evaluation such as A/B test and data analysis

Documentation of the whole design process
Improvement and promotion of product user experience continuously
Design with latest trends and committed to product design
Creating and maintaining a design system

Authentication Terms:

fluent in user experience design concepts (Ux) And the design of Persona
