شرح شغل:

• طراحی، پیاده‌سازی و ارزیابی استراتژی‌های منابع انسانی مطابق با اهداف شرکت.
• شناسایی و استعدادیابی افراد مناسب برای پوزیشن‌های مختلف سازمان.
• مدیریت فرآیندهای استخدام و گزینش به منظور جذب بهترین کاندیداها.
• تهیه و پیاده‌سازی برنامه‌های توسعه حرفه‌ای و آموزشی برای کارکنان.
• ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان و ارائه بازخورد مؤثر جهت بهبود عملکرد.
• مشارکت در تدوین سیاست‌ها و رویه‌های منابع انسانی و اطمینان از مطابقت آن‌ها با قوانین و مقررات مربوطه.
• پشتیبانی و ارائه مشاوره به مدیران و کارکنان در امور مرتبط با منابع انسانی.
• مدیریت بودجه منابع انسانی.
• ارتقای فرهنگ سازمانی مثبت و تقویت روابط کارکنان.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنا با مباحث خرده فروشی و ریتیل.
• مهارت‌های قوی در تفکر انتقادی، استدلال عددی و درک مطلب.
• توانایی بالای رهبری و استدلال کلامی.
• آشنایی با اخلاق کسب‌وکار و اصول منابع انسانی.
• تجربه در استفاده از گوگل شیت و دیگر ابزارهای مدیریتی.
• توانایی در ارزیابی عملکرد و کوچینگ.
• مهارت در طراحی و اجرای استراتژی‌های منابع انسانی.
