شرح شغل و وظایف:

• حسابداری سفارشات خارجی و حساب‌های پرداختنی ارزی و نگهداری و آرشیو مستندات مربوط به پرونده‌های واردات مواد اولیه و ماشین‌آلات.
• قیمت‌گذاری رسید خریدهای خارجی و تهیه گزارشات مربوط به بهای تمام شده آن.
• حسابداری خریدهای داخلی و حساب‌های پرداختنی مربوط.
• کنترل اسناد مصرف مراکز هزینه تولیدی بر اساس روند تولید و BOMهای مربوط به هر ایستگاه کاری.
• کنترل اسناد انبار فرآیند تولید بر اساس روند تولید و BOMهای مربوط به هر ایستگاه کاری.
• بستن ماهانه حساب‌های انبار و سفارشات و ریالی کردن انبار.
• محاسبه بهای تمام شده محصولات تولیدی به دو روش استاندارد و واقعی و محاسبه انحرافات در مصرف مواد.
• کنترل هزینه‌های سربار تولید.
• مشارکت در روند تهیه صورت‌های مالی و پروسه بستن حساب‌ها به صورت ماهانه و سالیانه.
• مشارکت در روند حسابرسی مالیاتی و تهیه گزارشات مربوطه.
• مشارکت در روند تهیه گزارشات مربوط به خرید فروش فصلی و ارزش افزوده.
• تهیه گزارشات مربوط به انبار، خرید و بهای تمام شده در مقاطع تعریف شده.
• انجام سایر وظایف محوله به تشخیص مقام مافوق.

شرایط احراز:

• تبحر و مهارت لازم در به‌کارگیری از نرم‌افزارهای MS Office به ویژه اکسل.
• آشنایی و مهارت لازم در ماژول‌های تدارکات، انبار، بهای تمام شده و کنترل تولید سیستم راهکاران.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم مربوط به خرید خارجی، سفارشات و نحوه حسابداری آن.
• آشنایی کامل با نحوه تهیه گزارشات مربوط به انبار و کاربرگ‌های مربوط.
• آشنایی کامل با مفاهیم و توانایی محاسبه بهای تمام شده محصول.
• قدرت و توانایی در شناخت، درک، تحلیل و حل مسئله.
• مسلط به استاندارد حسابداری و اصول حسابداری هم به صورت عملی و هم تئوریک.
• آشنایی با قوانین مالیات مستقیم و بیمه.
• سابقه و دانش علمی و اجرایی کافی.

Job description and duties
Accounting of foreign orders and accounts payable in foreign currency and maintaining and archiving documents related to import files of raw materials and machinery
Pricing receipts of foreign purchases and preparing reports related to their cost
Accounting of internal purchases and related accounts payable
Control of consumption documents of production cost centers based on the production process and BOMs related to each workstation
Control of warehouse documents of the production process based on the production process and BOMs related to each Workstation
Monthly closing of warehouse accounts and orders and realization of warehouse
Calculating the cost of production products in two standard and actual methods and calculating deviations in material consumption
Controlling production overhead costs
Participating in The process of preparing financial statements and the process of closing accounts on a monthly and yearly basis
Participating in the process of tax audit and preparing related reports
Participating in the process of preparing reports related to quarterly sales and value Added
preparation of reports related to warehouse, purchase and cost price at defined stages
and other tasks assigned to superior authority
