About the Role:
    We are seeking a talented and motivated Fullstack Developer with 1 year of experience in Python and JavaScript to join our development team. In this role, you will be working on building, maintaining, and refactoring web applications that solve real industry problems. You will work across both the front-end and back-end, leveraging your skills in Python, Tornado, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL to create seamless and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement new features for the project.
- Refactor and optimize the existing codebase to improve performance and maintainability.
- Write clear and comprehensive documentation for your code.
- Ensure application functionality and performance are optimized and bug-free.
- Integrate PostgreSQL databases into applications and maintain their optimal performance.
- Use Git for version control, ensuring smooth collaboration and code management across the team.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.

Qualifications:

- 1 year of professional experience in Fullstack Development using Python (knowing Tornado framework is a plus) and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and queries.
- Proficiency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks/libraries).
- Strong understanding of RESTful services and web protocols.
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems with attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
