شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
شناسایی، برقراری و توسعه ارتباط با مشتریان بالقوه شامل بیمارستان‌ها، کلینیک‌ها، مراکز درمانی، پزشکان
ارائه مشاوره تخصصی و معرفی محصولات متناسب با نیاز مشتریان
پیگیری فرایند فروش از مرحله معرفی محصول تا نهایی‌سازی معاملات
تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای از عملکرد فروش و وضعیت بازار
ایجاد و نگهداری روابط حرفه‌ای و بلندمدت با مشتریان
به‌روزرسانی دانش فنی و تخصصی در حوزه تجهیزات پزشکی
همکاری مؤثر با تیم بازاریابی شرکت
پیگیری و نظارت بر وصول مطالبات مشتریان
آشنایی با داروخانه ها
شرایط احراز:
دارابودن حداقل کارشناسی (ترجیحاً مهندسی پزشکی، پرستاری، پیراپزشکی، مدیریت بازرگانی یا رشته‌های مرتبط)
سابقه کاری: حداقل 1 سال تجربه مرتبط در حوزه فروش تجهیزات پزشکی
تسلط و آشنایی با انواع تجهیزات پزشکی مصرفی و داروخانه
برخورداری از مهارتهای ارتباطی قوی، فن بیان مناسب و توانایی مذاکره و متقاعدسازی
روحیه کار تیمی و مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا
آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای موردنیاز
تعهدکاری، پیگیری مستمر و نتیجه‌گرایی

Description of duties and responsibilities:
Identifying, establishing and developing relationships with potential customers including hospitals, clinics, medical centers, doctors
Providing specialized advice and introducing products tailored to customers' needs
Following the sales process from the product introduction stage to the finalization of transactions
Preparing and presenting periodical reports on sales performance and market status
Establishing and maintaining professional and long-term relationships with customers
Updating technical and specialized knowledge in the field of medical equipment
Effective cooperation with the company's marketing team
Following and monitoring the collection of customer demands
Familiar with pharmacies
Eligibility requirements:
Having at least a bachelor's degree (preferably medical engineering, nursing, paramedicine, business management or related fields)
Work experience: at least 1 year of related experience in the field of medical equipment sales
Mastery and familiarity with all types of consumer medical equipment and Pharmacy
Having strong communication skills, appropriate expression and the ability to negotiate and persuasion
Teamwork spirit and high responsibility
Familiarity with the required software
Commitment, continuous follow-up and result orientation
Interested in learning and career advancement
