سرپرست مالی | Financial Supervisor

شرح وظایف:

• تدوین استراتژی‌های مالی واخذ تصمیمات مالی در سطح کلان.
• مدیریت فرآیندهای مالی از جمله تهیه، تدوین بودجه‌ی سالانه‌ سازمان و تحلیل گزارشات مالی.
• ارائه، تحلیل داده‌های مالی و بررسی عملکرد مالی شرکت و ارائه ی گزارشات به هیئت مدیره به صورت ماهانه، فصلی و سالانه.
• مدیریت جریان نقدی و روابط با بانک‌ها، سرمایه‌گذاران و ذی‌نفعان.
• مشارکت در تصمیمات سرمایه‌گذاری، توسعه و تأمین مالی در پروژه‌های استقرار و راه‌اندازی.
• شناسایی، ارزیابی و مدیریت ریسک‌های مالی سازمان.
• کنترل داخلی و نظارت بر انطباق با قوانین مالی، مالیاتی و قانون تجارت.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل پنج سال سابقه در شرکت‌های تولید و توزیع و پخش مویرگی محصولات مواد غذایی.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی رشته‌های مرتبط اعم از مالی، حسابداری یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
• تسلط کامل به امور مالیاتی، حسابرسی و قوانین تجارت بین‌الملل.
• مسلط به کار با انواع نرم‌افزارهای مالی.
• مهارت بالا در تحلیل داده‌های مالی، بودجه‌بندی و تصمیمات استراتژیک.
• توانایی رهبری تیم، مدیریت بحران و ارتباطات بین سازمانی.

Task Description:
The ability to formulate financial strategies and financial decisions at the macro level
✔ Management of financial processes including preparation, annual budgeting of the organization and analyzing financial reports
; submitting, analyzing financial data and investigating the company's financial performance and submitting reports to the Board of Directors, monthly and annual management. Investment, Development and Financing Decisions in Establishment and Launch Projects
✔ Identification, Evaluation and Management of Financial Risk Organization
✔ Internal Control and Monitoring with Financial, Tax and Commercial Laws

Authentication Conditions:
• Having at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing and distribution and distribution companies Full mastery of Tax, Audit and International Trade Laws
• Mastery of Financial Software
• High skills in financial data analysis, budgeting and strategic decisions
• Team leadership, crisis management and inter -organizational communication
