سرپرست FP&A | FP&A Supervisor

ما به دنبال یک سرپرست FP&A با ذهن تحلیلی و دید تجاری و آشنا با صنعت فین‌تک هستیم. در این نقش مسئول تحلیل مالی، پیش‌بینی جریان‌های درآمدی، تدوین گزارش‌های مدیریتی و مشارکت در تصمیم‌سازی‌های استراتژیک خواهید بود.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• تهیه و به‌روزرسانی مدل‌های مالی برای محصولات مختلف شرکت.
• تحلیل سودآوری، هزینه‌ها، روندهای درآمدی و عملکرد مالی دوره‌ای.
• مشارکت در تدوین بودجه سالانه و برنامه‌ریزی مالی میان‌مدت و بلندمدت.
• بررسی انحرافات بودجه‌ای و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی به مدیریت.
• همکاری با تیم‌ها برای سنجش اثر مالی تصمیمات.
• ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای (ماهانه/فصلی) به هیئت‌مدیره.
• تحلیل بازار، رقبا و داده‌های اقتصادی برای پشتیبانی تصمیم‌گیری.
• استفاده از ابزارهای BI، داشبورد و گزارش‌گیری جهت تحلیل دقیق‌تر داده‌ها.
• شناسایی فرصت‌های بهبود در ساختار هزینه‌ها یا افزایش درآمد.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل 3 تا 5 سال تجربه در حوزه FP&A، تحلیل مالی یا مشاوره مدیریت (ترجیحاً در صنعت فناوری یا فین‌تک).
• مسلط به مدل‌سازی مالی و اکسل پیشرفته.
• آشنایی با ابزارهای BI (مثل Power BI ،Tableau یا Looker).
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌های حجیم و ارائه خروجی‌های قابل‌اتکا برای تصمیم‌گیری.
• آشنایی با KPIهای متداول در صنعت فین‌تک (CAC ،LTV ،Burn Rate ،ARPU).
• توانایی کار بین‌بخشی و تعامل مؤثر با تیم‌های مختلف.
• تسلط کافی به زبان انگلیسی برای مطالعه منابع، مکاتبه یا تهیه گزارش‌های مالی.
• داشتن مدرک مرتبط (مالی، حسابداری، اقتصاد، MBA) ـ مدرک CFA امتیاز محسوب می‌شود.

We are looking for an FP & A specialist with analytical mind, business view and familiarity with the Finn Tech industry. In this role, you will be responsible for financial analysis, forecast of income streams, managerial reports and participation in strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and update financial models for various company products
- Profitability Analysis, Costs, Revenue Process and Periodic Financial Performance
Analytics to Manage
- Cooperation with teams to measure the financial impact of decisions
- Provide periodic reports (monthly/seasonal) to Board of Directors
- Market analysis, competitors and economic data to support decision-making
- Using BI tools, dashboards and reporting to accurately analyze data
Identifying the cost of improving the cost of improving 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of FP & A, Financial Analysis or Management Advice (preferably in the Technology or Finniche)
- Mastery of Financial Modeling and Advanced Excel
- Introduction to BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker)
- Ability to analyze the bulk data and provide the KPI. (CAC, LTV, Burn Rate, ARPU, etc.)
- The ability to work with different teams

- adequate English proficiency to study resources, correspondence or financial reports
- Having a relevant (financial, accounting, economy, MBA)- CFA degree
