Role overview
You are the production engine — managing the flow of creative assets from brief to publish, ensuring compliance, scheduling, vendor coordination and distribution between social channels and VOD partners.
Key responsibilities
· Own the production calendar for episodic output; route briefs to internal studio, vetted vendors, or AI modules.
· Act as traffic cop: track deliverables, deadlines, version control, and asset library management.
· Ensure medical/legal compliance sign-offs and maintain audit trails.
· Coordinate distribution and paid boosts across platforms; negotiate/coordinate VOD packaging and partner logistics.
· Maintain documentation: asset specs, style guides, and post-mortem learnings.
· Compile monthly performance reports (SOV, sentiment, engagement) for deep-dive sessions.
Must-have qualifications
· 5+ years in project/traffic management for content teams, ideally with episodic/video output.
· Strong experience with production calendars, asset management systems, and vendor management.
· Comfortable coordinating medical/legal reviews and compliance workflows.
· Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to run fast weekly sprint cycles.
Nice-to-have
· Experience negotiating distribution with VOD or corporate channels.
· Familiarity with basic analytics dashboards and social platform scheduling tools.
