Key Responsibilities:

SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to improve organic search performance, ensuring high visibility and alignment with performance goals.
Campaign Testing and Optimization: Conduct testing and optimization across multiple campaigns, including landing pages, messaging, and creative elements, to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall performance.
Retention Marketing: Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and engagement, focusing on lifecycle marketing, personalized campaigns, and re-engagement tactics.
Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage budgets to ensure maximum impact and return on investment.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales, to align campaigns with business goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing with a strong focus on ROI-driven campaigns.
Expertise in developing and executing campaigns across accessible platforms with a focus on measurable results.
Strong skills in Google Ads, SEO, and using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Experience with testing and optimization processes to improve landing pages, messaging, and creative elements.
Proficiency in designing retention marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
