Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization techniques, advanced analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and implementing SEO strategies across all web properties, analyzing performance, and ensuring continuous optimization to increase visibility and performance in search engine results.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and increase website traffic.
On-Page Optimization: Oversee the optimization of website content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structure for maximum search engine visibility.
Technical SEO: Conduct thorough site audits to identify technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, and page speed issues, and implement corrective actions.
Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct extensive keyword research to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights. Optimize website content based on the latest keyword trends and audience search behavior.
Content Optimization: Work closely with content teams to ensure that content is optimized for SEO, including optimizing landing pages, blog posts, and other forms of content.
Link Building & Outreach: Develop and execute a strategic link-building strategy to improve the site's authority and rankings, including outreach, partnerships, and high-quality content creation.
SEO Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay Updated on SEO Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO best practices and algorithms to ensure the organization remains ahead of the competition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure SEO strategies align with overall digital marketing and business goals.
Competitor Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze competitors’ SEO strategies, keyword performance, and content tactics to identify gaps and opportunities.
Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior SEO team members and other departments on SEO best practices and industry trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SEO specialist or in a similar digital marketing role, with at least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Strong expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and other related tools.
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and current SEO best practices.
Solid technical SEO knowledge, including understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.
Experience in on-page and off-page SEO, including link building, content optimization, and technical troubleshooting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
Language Proficiency:
Candidates must have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be required to create, edit, and optimize content that resonates with an English-speaking audience. A deep understanding of grammar, syntax, and tone is essential to ensure that all content is clear, engaging, and aligns with SEO best practices. Strong communication skills are also critical for collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting SEO strategies and insights, and interacting with stakeholders. The ability to adapt content for different audiences and effectively convey complex SEO concepts in English is a key part of this role.

Experience with eCommerce SEO.
Knowledge of other digital marketing channels
