شرح شغل:

• سرپرستی کارگاه ساختمانی از نظر کیفی و برنامه زمان‌بندی.
• تسریع برنامه زمان‌بندی پروژه و کنترل کیفیت پروژه.
• استعلام قیمت و خرید مصالح ساختمانی و تحلیل تاثیرات بودجه‌ای.
• انجام تراکنش‌های مالی و تهیه گزارش مالی پروژه.
• مدیریت نیروهای کارگری و پیمانکاری در پروژه.
• برگزاری مناقصه جهت استخدام پیمانکاران در بخش‌های مختلف.
• برقراری روابط موثر با اعضای تیم.
• هماهنگی مشکلات پروانه ساختمانی و برقراری ارتباط با شهرداری.
• تهیه گزارش هفتگی و ماهانه از پروژه.
