شرح شغل:

• تحقیق و ارزیابی تامین‌کنندگان و تهیه بانک اطلاعاتی از تامین‌کنندگان و تولیدکنندگان واجد شرایط بر اساس قیمت کیفیت، خدمات، پشتیبانی در دسترس بودن قابلیت اطمینان شهرت و حسن (سابقه و برقراری و ایجاد همکاری موثر با آن‌ها).
• دریافت مجوزهای لازم از وزارت بازرگانی و سایر مراجع برای واردات کالاها ارائه گزارش‌های منظم در خصوص لیست سفارشات و پیگیری روزانه آن‌ها.
• تهیه نظارت و کنترل دقیق بر اسناد حمل از قبیل اینویس، بارنامه پکینگ لیست و گواهی مبدا برای جلوگیری از هرگونه مغایرت بانکی.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با اصول و فنون مذاکره.
• آشنایی با مکاتبات بازرگانی و آرشیو مدارک.
• مسئولیت‌پذیر و دارای روحیه کار تیمی.
• توانایی مدیریت انجام چند کار همزمان.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• تسلط کامل به INCOTERMS.
• تسلط کامل به نقل و انتقالات مالی و ضمانت‌نامه‌های بین‌المللی.
• تسلط کامل به حمل‌ونقل بین المللی.
• تسلط کامل به سامانه جامع تجارت NTSW و سامانه EPL.
• تسلط کامل به پروسه واردات و از ثبت سفارش تا ترخیص کالا.
• سابقه انجام حوالجات ارزی.
• آشنایی کامل با امور بانکی.
• تسلط کامل به پروسه بازرسی کالا و نحوه انجام بازرسی قبل و بعد از حمل.
• متعهد منظم و پایبند به اصول رفتار سازمانی.
• آشنایی با سورسینگ و مذاکره با تامین‌کنندگان خارجی.
• مسلط به قوانین گمرکی.
• متعهد به سیاست‌های شرکت.
• خوش برخورد، صبور و با انگیزه.

• فن بیان قوی.
