-مدیریت نقدینگی و منابع مالی

• نظارت و مدیریت فرآیندهای نقدینگی شرکت به منظور حفظ تعادل بین درآمدها و هزینه‌ها.

• پیش‌بینی جریان‌های نقدی کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت و برنامه‌ریزی برای مدیریت منابع نقدی و بدهی‌ها.
• ارزیابی و کنترل ریسک‌های نقدینگی به منظور اطمینان از دسترسی به منابع مالی در مواقع ضروری.

-رهبری و نظارت بر تیم‌های زیرمجموعه:

• هدایت و نظارت بر سرپرست مدیریت نقدینگی و کارشناس خزانه‌داری برای تضمین عملکرد بهینه و هماهنگی در انجام وظایف روزانه.
• ارائه مشاوره‌های استراتژیک به اعضای تیم و اطمینان از انطباق با سیاست‌های مالی سازمان.

-تحلیل و گزارش‌دهی مالی:

• تحلیل داده‌های مالی و شناسایی فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های مالی برای پشتیبانی از تصمیمات استراتژیک.

-نظارت بر سیاست‌ها و فرآیندهای خزانه‌داری:

• اطمینان از رعایت سیاست‌های خزانه‌داری و نقدینگی در تمامی سطوح شرکت.
• بهبود و بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای خزانه‌داری و حسابداری به منظور افزایش کارایی و کاهش هزینه‌های مالی.

-مدیریت ریسک‌های مالی:

• شناسایی و ارزیابی ریسک‌های مالی مرتبط با نقدینگی، سرمایه‌گذاری‌ها، و بدهی‌ها.
• طراحی و اجرای استراتژی‌های مدیریت ریسک برای کاهش اثرات منفی نوسانات مالی و بهبود پایداری مالی سازمان.

-ارتباط با بانک‌ها و موسسات مالی:

• تعامل و مدیریت روابط با بانک‌ها و موسسات مالی به منظور مذاکره و بهبود شرایط مالی سازمان.
• نظارت بر تأمین اعتبار و خطوط اعتباری در راستای تأمین منابع نقدی در مواقع ضروری.

-مهارت ها و صلاحیت ها:

• تسلط بر اصول و فرآیندهای مدیریت نقدینگی و خزانه‌داری.
• توانایی تحلیل و پیش‌بینی جریان‌های نقدی و شناسایی فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های مالی.
• مهارت‌های رهبری و توانایی مدیریت تیم‌های مالی.
• توانایی کار با نرم‌افزارهای مالی و حسابداری.
• دانش در زمینه تحلیل مالی، گزارش‌دهی و تصمیم‌گیری استراتژیک.
• توانایی مذاکره و مدیریت ارتباطات با موسسات مالی و بانک‌ها.
• آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات مالی و بانکداری.

1. Critical Management and Financial Resources:


Monitoring and Management of Criticism Processes to maintain balance between income and costs.
Predicting short and long -term cash flows and planning for managing cash and debt resources.
Evaluation and control of liquidity risks to ensure access to financial resources. Leadership and Supervision of Teams:


Guidance and Supervision of Candidation Management and Treasury Manager to ensure optimal performance and coordination in daily tasks.
Provide strategic advice to team members and ensure that the organization's financial policies.

3. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

Preparation and submitting financial reports to Financial Manager (CFO) and other board members, including cash flow reports, balance sheets and financial analysis.
Analysis of financial data and identifying financial opportunities and challenges to support strategic decisions.
4. Monitoring Treasury Policies and Processes:


Ensure Treasury Policies and Candidation Policies at all levels of the company.
Improvement and optimization of Treasury and Accounting Processes to increase efficiency and reduce financial costs.

5. Financial Risk Management:


Identifying and assessing financial risks related to liquidity, investments, and debts.
Design and implementation of risk management strategies to reduce the negative effects of financial fluctuations and improve the organization's financial stability.

6. Relating to Banks and Financial Institutions:


Interaction and Management of Relations with Banks and Financial Institutions to negotiate and improve the financial conditions of the organization.
Supervision of credit and credit lines in order to provide cash resources in the necessary situations.
