این نقش عمدتاً مسئولیت اجرای مقررات لازم الاجرا در زمینه کسب و کار شرکت را بر عهده دارد. این نقش همچنین مسئول پیاده سازی و بهینه سازی مداوم در کنترل کیفیت و نظارت و بهینه سازی سیستم تجزیه و تحلیل مداوم در آزمایشگاه های همکار است.
وظایف اصلی:
• کنترل کیفیت محصولات وارداتی و تطابق آن با گزارش تحلیل.
• شخص کلیدی در تماس مداوم با مسئول فنی کارخانه های شریک تجاری برای کنترل‌های وزارت بهداشت/استاندارد، بازرسی دوره‌ای کالاهای وارداتی و محصول تولید شده، نگهداری اسناد و مدارک و نمونه‌های شاهد
• شخص کلیدی در ارتباط با آزمایشگاه شریک تجاری در تولید برای ارسال محصول برای تجزیه و تحلیل، ثبت و تفسیر نتایج و انتشار محصول و همچنین پیگیری جامع مشخصات محصول.
• اولین کنترل دریافت مواد خام و بسته بندی در W/H و سازگاری با مشخصات و کنترل قابلیت چسبندگی.
• کنترل کیفیت در طول آزادسازی، فرآیند و بسته بندی محصول مشترک تولید شده برای اطمینان از رعایت کامل مشخصات محصول
• نظارت کامل بر رعایت زنجیره سرد برای محصولات وارداتی و تولیدات مشترک
• شخص کلیدی در دریافت شکایات مصرف کننده در دفتر مرکزی و ارسال شکایت به افراد ذیربط در کارخانه ها. پیگیری و ردیابی دلیل شکایت برای توجیه با شاکی.
This role is mainly responsible for implementing the in-force regulations regarding the company’s business field. This role is also responsible for implementing and optimizing an ongoing basis in quality control and monitoring and optimizing an ongoing basis analysis system within partner laboratories.
Key Accountabilities:
- Quality control of imported products and their compatibility with the analysis report.
- Key contact with partner's technical responsible for MoH/Standard controls, periodical inspection of imported goods and -co-manufactured products, documentation, and keeping witness samples.
- Key contact with partner's laboratory for sending product for analysis, recording and interpreting the results and product release as well as comprehensive follow up of product characteristics.
- Control of raw and pack material receipt in W/H and compatibility with specification and monitor tractability.
- Quality control during batching, process, and packaging of co-manufactured products to ensure full respect for the product specification.
- Monitor full respect to the cold chain for imported products and co-manufactured products.
- Key contact for consumer complaints receipt in head office and forwarding the complaint to the concerned people in factories.
- Follow up and trace the reason for the complaint for justification with a complainer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in the field of personal care products.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, enjoying the challenge of building a new business, and effective in operating without staff support; an outstanding sense of ownership.
- Familiar with the Iran environment regarding the infrastructure, as well as the regulations of Standard organization and any related organizations.
- Eligible or experienced in being technically responsible.
- Good command of English.
