آیا شما فردی با تجربه در زمینه مهندسی و پروژه هستید و می خواهید به عنوان مدیر پروژه به حرفه خود ادامه دهید؟ ما به دنبال متقاضیان استثنایی با پیشینه قوی در پروژه و عملکرد مهندسی و تجربه رهبری فوق العاده هستیم. در هسته اصلی خود، ما به دنبال نامزدهایی هستیم که مشتاق هستند تا در نحوه انتقال محصولات ما از مواد خام ما به محصول نهایی که به خانه های مصرف کنندگان ما می رود، کمک کنند.
به عنوان رهبر تیم پروژه، شما مسئول برنامه ریزی جنبه فنی یک پروژه سرمایه گذاری خواهید بود که از طراحی برای تولید عالی (بدون ضایعات) (تا زمان شروع پروژه سرمایه گذاری عمودی) را هدایت کنید. تیم متقابلی که هدف آن نظارت بر سرمایه گذاری های سرمایه ای مربوط به دارایی های ثابت شرکت است. این می تواند شامل جابجایی و بهینه سازی پایه دارایی ثابت موجود و/یا خرید دارایی های ثابت جدید باشد. از جمله: تهیه طرح‌ها، کنترل‌ها و مشخصات پروژه، زمان‌بندی، برآورد هزینه، تولید، حمل و نقل، نصب، آزمایش و/یا راه‌اندازی زیرساخت‌های جدید، تأسیسات، تجهیزات و غیره.

• شناسایی، توسعه، و جمع آوری منابع لازم برای تکمیل پروژه
• ممکن است شامل تهیه استانداردهای مهندسی، طرح ها و مشخصات کار باشد. توسعه برنامه، بودجه و پیش‌بینی پروژه؛ و انتخاب مواد، تجهیزات، کارکنان پروژه، و پیمانکاران خارجی؛
•بر کارکنان سطح حرفه ای (معمولاً سطح ابتدایی یا با تجربه) نظارت می کند و همچنین ممکن است بر برخی از کارمندان غیرحرفه ای نظارت کند
•اهداف و مقاصدی را برای اعضای تیم برای دستیابی به نتایج عملیاتی تعیین می کند

مدیر پروژه، شما قبل از شروع پروژه در مرحله طراحی با حمایت از اولین گام در تعریف تیم پروژه، محدوده پروژه، اهداف و موارد تحویلی که از اهداف تجاری با همکاری مدیریت ارشد و ذینفعان پشتیبانی می کند، مشغول خواهید شد. شما مسئول ایجاد منشور پروژه سرمایه گذاری خواهید بود و مراقب آن هستید که در طول پروژه به شدت رعایت شود.
• در طول طراحی پروژه، شما طراحی اساسی و جزئی پروژه را بر اساس اصول کسب و کار شرکتی نستله، استانداردهای نستله، مقررات محلی، مشخصات الزامات کاربر تعریف شده "urs" و ویژگی های tpm یک عملیات واحد (ایمنی، کیفیت، مقرون به صرفه بودن، قابلیت نگهداری، عملکرد و قابلیت اطمینان) اجرا خواهید کرد. با طراحی کارگران، و اپراتورها، ایمنی را در حین ساخت و ساز و عملیات در حال اجرا کارخانه تضمین کنید.
• در مرحله اجرای پروژه، شما تیم را رهبری می‌کنید و مشارکت همه سهامداران را هماهنگ می‌کنید تا اطمینان حاصل شود که بخش مهندسی پروژه (مانند ساختمان‌ها، نصب تجهیزات، لوله‌کشی، تاسیسات، و غیره) مطابق با ویژگی‌های عملیاتی، زمان و کیفیت تعریف شده، زمان و کیفیت واحد اجرا می‌شود. و اینکه تمام عناصر پروژه (از جمله آموزش افراد فنی در صورت نیاز) به گونه ای انجام شود که ایمنی همیشه در کل سایت پروژه تضمین شود و راه اندازی عمودی تضمین شود.
• در طول کل عمر پروژه شما رهبر تیم پروژه مهندسی خواهید بود، به این معنی که یکپارچه سازی، ایجاد انگیزه، پشتیبانی از تغذیه، مربیگری، توسعه، مدیریت و ارزیابی با حمایت و ارزیابی همه اعضای تیم و اعضای تیم پشتیبانی و ارزیابی کننده آنها ذینفعان پروژه انتخاب و احراز صلاحیت پیمانکاران و هماهنگی فعالیت های آنها. اطمینان حاصل کنید که استانداردهای نستله اعمال می شود.

• تسلط به زبان انگلیسی (کتبی و شفاهی).

• Proven experience as a production expert or similar role.

POSITION SUMMARY
Are you an experienced person in Engineering and Project, wanting to continue your career as a Project Manager? We are looking for exceptional applicants with a strong background in the Project and Engineering function and extraordinary leadership experience. At our very core, we’re looking for candidates who are passionate to contribute to how our products get from our raw material into the final product which will go to our consumers’ homes.
As a leader of the Project team, you will be responsible for Plan the technical side of an investment project ensuring a design for manufacturing excellence (free of waste) and lead the execution (from investment project charter until vertical start-up) by managing a cross-functional team whose objective is to oversee the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets. This could involve the relocation and optimizing of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets. Including:
• Preparing designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing and/or commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc.
• Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan; taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
• Identifying, developing, and gathering the resources necessary to complete the project
• May include preparing engineering standards, designs and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors;
•Supervises professional level employees (typically entry or experienced level) and may also supervise some para-professional employees
•Sets goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results
•Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• As a Project manager, you will be engaged before starting the project in the design phase by supporting from the first step in defining the project team, project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. You will be responsible to build the investment project charter and see to it that it is strictly followed throughout the project.
• During the project design you will execute the basic and detailed design of the project based on Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, Nestlé standards, local regulations, the defined User Requirements Specifications "URS" and the TPM characteristics of a unit operation (safety, quality, affordability, maintainability, operability and reliability). Ensure by design the workers, and operators, safety during both the construction and the ongoing operation of the plant.
• During the project implementation phase, you will lead the team and coordinate the contribution of all the stakeholders, to ensure that the engineering side of the project is implemented (e.g. buildings, equipment erections, piping, utilities, etc.) in accordance with the defined timing, cost and quality, the URS and the characteristics of a unit operation. And that all of the elements of the project (including technical people training, as needed) in performed in such a way that safety is always guaranteed on the whole project site and a vertical start-up is assured.
• During the whole project life you will be the engineering project team leader, meaning integrating, motivating, feed backing, coaching, developing, managing and evaluating team members and being their support and liaison with the steering committee and all the project's stakeholders. Select and qualify contractors and coordinate their activities. Ensure that Nestlé standards are applied.

• At least 7+ experience in an international project environment context within which, projects were defined and budgeted, assessed and implemented (entire project life cycle).
• Capital Investment projects management in food industry
• Knowledge of the requirements for a good capex submission and the available tools.
