مدیر فنی و مهندسی | Engineering & Technical Manager

خلاصه شغل:
مدیر مهندسی و فنی مسئول هدایت کلیه مهندسی، تعمیر و نگهداری، تاسیسات و خدمات فنی در سایت تولید دارو خواهد بود. این موقعیت، بهبود مستمر، قابلیت اطمینان تجهیزات، انطباق با مقررات، و اجرای پروژه‌های فنی را مطابق با استانداردهای gmp و شرکت تضمین می‌کند.

مسئولیت‌ها:
رهبری، مدیریت، و نظارت بر تیم‌های مهندسی و تعمیر و نگهداری در سراسر تولید، تاسیسات، و مناطق تأسیسات.
توسعه و اجرای برنامه‌های پیشگیرانه برای اطمینان از قابلیت نگهداری و پیش‌بینی بالا. کالیبراسیون، صلاحیت، و اعتبار سنجی تجهیزات و تاسیسات بر اساس الزامات gmp.
نظارت بر سیستم های تاسیساتی مانند تهویه مطبوع، آب تصفیه شده، بخار، و هوای فشرده برای اطمینان از عملکرد مستمر و سازگار.
طرح و اجرای پروژه های مهندسی، از جمله تاسیسات جدید، اصلاحات، و ابتکارات بهینه سازی انرژی.
تهیه و مدیریت کردن الزامات سالانه مهندسی، تنظیم و مدیریت الزامات مهندسی و تعمیر و نگهداری. مو، جی ام پی، hse).

تحلیل ریشه‌ای را هدایت می‌کند و اقدامات اصلاحی و پیشگیرانه را برای انحرافات فنی اجرا می‌کند.
روابط با پیمانکاران خارجی، تامین‌کنندگان و ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات را مدیریت می‌کند.
باعث بهبود مستمر و نوآوری در عملیات‌های فنی می‌شود. فوق لیسانس مکانیک، مهندسی برق، شیمی یا صنایع (ترجیحاً از دانشگاه های معتبر).
حداقل 8 سال تجربه در تولید دارو یا fmcg، با حداقل 3 سال در نقش مدیریتی یا نظارتی.
دانش قوی در مورد gmp، سیستم های تاسیساتی (hvac، wfi، بخار، پروژه های مدیریت اعتبار و هوای فشرده)،
. بودجه ریزی.
رهبری عالی، مهارت های حل مسئله و ارتباطی.
مهارت های قوی کامپیوتر (MS office، autocad، سیستم های cmms).

Job Summary:
The Engineering & Technical Manager will be responsible for leading all engineering, maintenance, utilities, and technical services within the pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The position ensures continuous improvement, equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and implementation of technical projects in alignment with GMP and corporate standards.

Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and supervise the engineering and maintenance teams across production, utilities, and facility areas.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure high equipment availability.
Manage the calibration, qualification, and validation of equipment and utilities according to GMP requirements.
Oversee utility systems such as HVAC, purified water, steam, and compressed air to ensure continuous and compliant operation.
Plan and execute engineering projects, including new installations, modifications, and energy optimization initiatives.
Prepare and manage the annual engineering and maintenance budget.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, MOH, GMP, HSE).
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, and HSE departments to ensure equipment and facilities meet quality and safety standards.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for technical deviations.
Manage relationships with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in technical operations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (preferably from a reputable university).
Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of GMP, utilities systems (HVAC, WFI, Steam, Compressed Air), and validation processes.
Proven experience in project management and budgeting.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, CMMS systems).
