تمرکز اصلی: طراحی، بهبود و نظارت بر فرآیندها، روش ها و سیستم ها برای حصول اطمینان از انجام بهینه، استاندارد و هماهنگ فعالیتها
اهم وظایف:
• تحلیل و طراحی فرآیندها
• استانداردسازی روش ها و تعریف دستورالعمل ها، رویه ها و سیاست های سازمانی
• بهبود مستمر فرآیندها و پیگیری اجرای اقدامات بهبود و پایش نتایج
• نظارت و کنترل کیفیت و پایش عملکرد سیستم ها و روش ها
• هماهنگی با واحدهای مختلف سازمان از جمله منابع انسانی، تولید، مالی و سایر بخش ها برای یکپارچه سازی سیستم ها
• حمایت از پروژه های تغییر و تحول سازمانی
• اجرای یکپارچه سیستم ها در جهت استفاده بهینه از منابع سازمان

Main focus: design, improvement and monitoring of processes, methods and systems to ensure optimal, standardized and coordinated performance of activities
Main tasks:
• Analysis and design of processes
• Standardization of methods and definition of guidelines, procedures and organizational policies
• Continuous improvement of processes and follow-up of implementation of improvement measures and results monitoring
• Monitoring and quality control and performance monitoring of systems and methods
• Coordination with different units of the organization including human resources, production, finance and other departments for the integration of systems
• Supporting organizational change and transformation projects
• Integrated implementation of systems in order to optimally use the organization's resources
