شرح شغل و وظایف:
برنامه ریزی و هدایت تیم فنی جهت پاسخگویی به درخواست های تعمیر و نگهداری
مشارکت در تیم مدیریت کیفیت و اجرای امور مرتبط با اقدامات اصلاحی و پیشگیرانه
سازماندهی و آموزش نیروهای فنی با هدف تحقیق و بهره وری مورد انتظار سازمان
آشنایی با اصولGMPوGEP
مسلط به نرم افزارهای مربوطه مانند اتوکد و نرم افزارهای PM
ایجاد و اجرای استاندارد SPOs بخش فنی، استعلام و خرید ماشین آلات و تجهیزات
آشنایی کامل با نجهیزات و سیستم های رایج در کارخانه های صنایع غذائی
تهیه شناسنامه فنی تجهیزات و ماشین آلات
اولویت بندی و کنترل خریدهای واحد فنی و مهندسی با در نظر گرفتن منابع انسانی
ارزیابی مستمر عملکرد واحد فنی و مهندسی و برق و ارتقاء شاخص های عملکردی

Job requirements: Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering Management experience in a similar job group Completion of military service or exemption from it is required Age range: 35-45 years Salary: Negotiable Job description and duties: Planning and directing the technical team to respond to maintenance requests Participating in the quality management team and implementing issues related to corrective and preventive measures Organization and the training of technical forces with the aim of research and the expected productivity of the organization
Familiar with the principles of GMP and GEP
Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD and PM software
Creation and implementation of SPOs standards of the technical department, inquiry and purchase of machinery and equipment
Complete familiarity with common equipment and systems in food industry factories
Preparation of technical certificate of equipment and machinery
Prioritization and control of technical and engineering unit purchases with consideration Obtaining human resources
Continuous evaluation of technical and engineering and electrical unit performance and improvement of performance indicators
