مدیر محصول | Product Manager

خلاصه موقعیت شغلی:
ما در گروه کایا به‌دنبال یک مدیر محصول باتجربه هستیم که بتواند مالکیت کامل چرخه عمر محصول را بر عهده بگیرد، نیازهای کاربران را به‌صورت عمیق کشف کند و با رویکردی داده‌محور و همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های فنی و تجاری، محصول را به‌صورت مستمر توسعه دهد.

مسئولیت‌ها و وظایف:
• تعریف چشم‌انداز، استراتژی محصول و تدوین Product Roadmap
• اولویت‌بندی Backlog و نگارش User Story و Acceptance Criteria
• همکاری نزدیک و مستمر با تیم‌های توسعه، طراحی و مارکتینگ
• تحلیل داده‌ها، رفتار کاربران و KPIها برای تصمیم‌گیری آگاهانه
• انجام Product Discovery، تست فرضیه‌ها و اعتبارسنجی راه‌حل‌ها
• مدیریت فرآیندهای انتشار (Release) و بهبود مستمر محصول
• مستندسازی تصمیمات و ایجاد هم‌راستایی بین ذی‌نفعان (Stakeholders)

مهارت‌ها و نیازمندی‌ها:
• حداقل 3 سال تجربه مرتبط در مدیریت محصول
• تسلط کامل به Figma و همکاری مؤثر با تیم‌های طراحی
• توانایی تحلیل داده و کار با شاخص‌های عملکرد محصول (Product KPIs)
• تجربه کار با Jira یا ابزارهای مشابه مدیریت پروژه
• آشنایی با مفاهیم UX، طراحی جریان‌های کاربری و MVP
• سابقه کار در محیط‌های Agile / Scrum
• قدرت تصمیم‌گیری بالا، مسئولیت‌پذیری و مهارت ارتباطی قوی
• (آشنایی با Python مزیت محسوب می‌شود)

Job Summary:
At Kaya Group, we are looking for an experienced product manager who can take full ownership of the product life cycle, discover user needs in depth, and develop the product continuously with a data-driven approach and close cooperation with technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities and duties:
• Defining the vision, product strategy and drafting the Product Roadmap
• Prioritizing the Backlog and writing the User Story and Acceptance Criteria
• Close and continuous cooperation with the development, design and marketing teams
• Analyzing data, user behavior and KPIs for informed decision-making
• Conducting product discovery, testing hypotheses and validating solutions
• Managing release processes and continuous product improvement
• Documenting decisions and creating alignment between stakeholders

Skills and requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product management
• Complete mastery of Figma and effective collaboration with design teams
• Ability to analyze data and work with product performance indicators (Product KPIs)
• Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools
• Familiarity with UX concepts, user flow design and MVP
• Work experience in Agile / Scrum environments
• High decision-making power, responsibility and strong communication skills
• (familiarity with Python is an advantage)
