• اخذ برنامه کاری از معاونت بهره برداری و مافوق
• اعمال سیاست های یکپارچه
• راهبری و نظارت بر جامعیت و حسن اجراء فعالیت های مدیریت های تولید، خدمات فنی و مهندسی (تعمیرات و نگهداری) و انبار و برنامه ریزی و کنترل موجودی درجهت سیاست ها و خط مشی های تعیین شده
• نظارت مستمر و اخذ بازخورد از مدیران و روسای دوایر و مشتریان در خصوص مطابقت الزامات نظام فنی، اجراء و عملکردی واحد ها با متن قراردادها و موافقت نامه های مبادله شده فی مابین
• ارائه نظریات کارشناسی و تخصصی با مطالعه پیش نویس موافقت نامه ها و قراردادهای در حال انعقاد مابین شرکت و مشتریان در خصوص موضوع و تعهدات طرفین، مدارک و مستندات مربوط، به منظور حمایت از منافع شرکت
• نظارت بر تولید و بررسی و شناخت مشکلات و چالش های مربوط به کمیت و کیفیت تولید و ایجاد بستری مناسب جهت بالا بردن کیفیت و راندمان تولید
• نظارت کلان بر امورخدمات فنی و مهندسی در زمینه فعالیت محوله به اداره تعمیر و نگهداری به منظور اطمینان از به هنگام بودن دستگاه ها، تجهیزات و ابنیه به صورت موردی و ادواری آن ها (EM , PM)
• ارائه برنامه مناسب به جهت انجام امور PM به نحوی که با بیشترین راندمان تولید سازگار باشد و بهترین حالت جهت حفظ و نگهداری ماشین آلات باشد
• نظارت برامور خدمات فنی و مهندسی و ارتباط مطلوب با کارفرما و مشتری در چارچوب قراردادهای منعقده و حفاظت از حقوق و منافع شرکت ضمن حفظ رضایت مشتری
• کنترل کیفیت و کمیت دقیق کارها، اعم از نیروها و تجهیزات از طریق دریافت گزارشات مسئولین و همچنین نظارت مستقیم در محل انجام فعالیت ها
• نظارت بر برنامه ریزی تولید و کنترل موجودی به منظور اقدام به موقع و رفع کمبودها و کسری های احتمالی
• نظارت بر سیستم انبارداری و برنامه ریزی جهت یکنواخت سازی موجودی فیزیکی و سیستمی
• بررسی مسائل منابع انسانی و رفع نیازها و انجام اقدامات رفاهی و انگیزشی به منظور ارتقا کارکنان و افزایش بهره وری
• ارائه گزارشات آماری و تحلیلی از چگونگی اجراء فعالیتها و نتایج حاصله و ارائه پیشنهادات لازم
• همکاری در تدوین وتنظیم چشم انداز و اهداف شرکت به ویژه در زمینه توسعه و بهره برداری
• بررسی دلایل موفقیت، عدم موفقیت و موانع و مشکلات موجود و ارائه رهنمود در خصوص پیشنهادهای بهبود توسط قسمتها
• نظارت بر بررسی مستمر فرآیندها در جهت بهبود کمی و کیفی و تسریع در کار و تصمیم گیری لازم
• انجام سایر وظایف محوله از طرف مدیران ارشد در ارتباط با پست شغلی

• Providing a suitable program to carry out PM affairs in a way that is compatible with the highest production efficiency and the best condition for maintaining and maintaining machines
• Monitoring technical and engineering services and good communication with the employer and customer within the framework of concluded contracts and protecting the rights and interests of the company while maintaining customer satisfaction
